i would take faw on with legal action via the fans, they chnaged the terms and conditions to suit agree with above comment, plus agree individual games should have been counted for home games , as stated home game was one point each !!!!. could not have been mor clear but low and behold change the terms and conditions to only half tournament ticket counts.

TICKET RE-SALE PORTALThis pdf has 'March/April' for the resale portal www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/Download/competitions/General/02/24/61/39/2246139_DOWNLOAD.pdf "TICKET RESALE PLATFORMAn official ticket resale platform will allow fans to sell their tickets through the UEFA EURO 2016 ticket portal at face value. The ticket resale platform will be available in March/April 2016. This will allow fans to legally purchase tickets from other fans, eradicating the risk of acquiring invalid or fraudulent tickets and ensuring a smooth resale process." I remember reading that, as soon as this platform is set up, UEFA will send out emails to all applicants that were either partially successful or unsuccessful sinece the initial portal opened in Summer 2015.

I feel for you Carnegie, Did you read my post yesterday that the official explanation from UEFA (as given to the Belgian FA) stated that over 5% of the Belgian applicants were voided card transactions? That is a huge percentage, and they are neighbouring countries, both using the Euro. Sadly, I am quite sure our failed cards were a lot more

I'm in exactly the same situation- had gold membership since it was introduced and been having tournament tickets since the Millennium Stadium days. Also had 5 of the 11 away games on my card.
Mistakenly went for the FMT option only to be unsuccessful in my application. Gutted is an understatement

I hope those without tickets take over the Fan Zones. No matter where you are, there will be parties in France!

Maybe this is the extra 2000 tickets that have already been added to the Wales & Northern Ireland allocation? Maybe Rep of Ireland kept their extras back for this purpose?

The English FA have negotiated with UEFA over the weekend and UEFA have agreed to re-attempt credit card transactions that were declined on Friday, where cards were cancelled prior to transaction or where there was not sufficient funds in the account etc. This morning, there are already 5 people on the England fans forum that report new pending transactions after the FA called on their behalf to UEFA on the weekend. Any of you that had this type of card problem please contact the FAW and try and persuade them to do the same!

Unfortunately Guys the card situation will not happen for us
reason being is two out of three of englands fixtures are undesubscribed so there was no one to give tickets to too so suits UEFA to try again
Slovakia game was very close to a sell out and russia game was under subsribed
As for the 2000 tickets ireland got theyre not extra the irish had them all a long theyre for players officials etc but ireland have decided to give the majority of these to fans
If you have been hard done by because of card declines/card reissue or your category choice is best to put you case to Lucy and hope should they get anymore tickets they can help you or maybe they will release some of the football family ticekts to help

Seems unlikely given the number of england fans...

The England v Russia game is in Marseilles, and the FA have confirmed that even people with no 'caps' will get tickets if requested (their membership is £75...)

The Reason I Know is that i am exile and know england members they have just over 11,000 members because theyre mebership scheme is expensive at £75 quid and they where still selling it recently with a promise of high chance of ticket for Russia game as they said they allocation can satisfy everybody and thyre game in st etienne got about 9,000 so theyre fans as saying that hey have been approx 9,000 applications
thats why every other FAs allocation was done and dusted in a day and they have been taking england fans money now for four days and still they dont have confirmation emails

Some England fans have had the same problem as some Wales fans though: fans on high points (caps) totals who were rejected because Category 4 was in high demand. Suspect it's category 1 tickets that remain unsold.

And some of our fans moan it's a tenner....

I am really happy for those of you that got some or even all what you asked for ;-) One of my brothers applied for 9 matches and got nothing. Brother 2 applied for 9 matches plus a single ticket for Slovakia v Russia. He just got that one ticket...
Between them they were expecting a £5,500 bill - instead the one ticket billed now at €120 incl p&p...
Still, better than nowt...

Anyone else struggled with the resale? Hear a lot of follow my team Wales fans have sold tickets to England fans. Do you think that will cause bother in the ground?
Also that the lens fan park only is expected to hold 10 to 15th max and up to 100k expected!

Surely this is scaremongering as only the Welsh fans with very high points managed to get FYT. Why would they sell those tickets on?

A total nonsense, as it is impossible to sell PNA tickets - not in the resale portal, at least! It is currently impossible to sell on tickets that you buy in the resale portal and then want to resell there. So if you upgrade/downgrade and want to get rid of the non-wanted ticket, you might need to wait til after April window closes - usually a final window then opens in May...

Anyone with a spare ticket from the FAW allocation will sell it on to a Wales fan. Also, the "neutral" sections of the stadium will of course contain both Wales and England fans, so there won't be segregation beyond the two national sections.

Yof would think uefa would look at the address of everyone buying for the neutral section and put people from wales in different blocks to people from England. Probably too much to ask for though.
