Myself, wife and daughter have been to every game home and away this campaign and also to Serbia, Macedonia, booked for Kiev and each have 32 points. My wife's card was scammed on the weekend and the credit card company cancelled it. Contacted FAW who gave me a phone number in Switzerland. Spoke to UEFA in Switzerland, they refused to do anything. My daughter and I applied individually and received "follow my team" tickets and my wife has nothing. We didn't apply for 2 tickets each as we thought one each was fairer - wrong choice on reflection.
So, if anyone has any spares, please give us a thought.

A similar thing has happened to me. I applied for FYT to the semis but the card I used was swallowed by a machine at the end of January so I had to get a new one. The thought of contacting UEFA or the FAW about this never even entered my head and I feel like such an idiot. I went to every home game this campaign as well as Netherlands, Belgium and Cyprus away. My friend who went to the same games has been successful. Gutted isn't the word.

They said as soon as the credit card was cancelled, the application was cancelled. You cannot change details - it would only take a couple of minutes.
