When applying for tickets, did anyone receive an members access code for under 18's ?.
my understanding:- the reason you could apply for two tickets was because under 18's couldn't apply.

No that's why I applied for 2 x tickets for myself & nephew but after I done mine my mate said he rang up faw & got code for his son's membership ?

I might be wrong, but I seem to recall that at the time (12 December?) the FAW said specifically that it will not send out codes for under 18, as they are not able to own a credit card. They also said that if this poses problems for anyone, they should contact the FAW via phone or email.
I hope you will get sorted with tickets, one way or another

the reason i asked was i ballsed up my access code due to receiving access code for my 16 year daughter. no mention of her name on it so i took it that it was my access code. difference being i was only two point short of maximum possible,where as she only goes when off school. result was i missed out on tickets due to her low point score. bit peed off as dont't believe it was all my fault. luckily had many offers of tickets so not too bad.

Sorry to hear your problems either your code went to another email as if your account was set up as same email as your daughters your code should have come by email and hers you would have had to have sent by post from FAW this was the same for anyone with multiple accounts on one email as only one code can be allocated to a associated email

My 13 year old sons access code came through on email and mine came through the post as we both shared the same email address. I double checked with mathew in the ticket office which one was mine as the email did not have anyone's name on it and the one through the post had my first name on it.
