For the England game , there was only restricted viewing tickets available in the general portal, anyone have any idea is there much restriction in the viewing?

Think it just means there are pillars that can block your view at times. No different from any older stadium.
I remember going to the old Wembley for a game and couldn't see anything when the ball was on the edge of the one box
