The Rep of Ireland supporters were notified on Monday - but this has nothing to do with the public portal.
As they share the same group with Belgium, you can be sure that none of the Irish games on the public portal will be announced before the weekend, as UEFA are bending over backwards to find 'a few thousand' extra tickets for them!
A long story, but the Belgian FA are extremely (and justifiably) angry with UEFA...
Seeing that even the English supporters card transactions have not yet finished, I can't imagine public portal transactions happening this week!
