Either way, feel for you as the whole thing has been a lottery with UEFA

UEFA have just announced this evening that is will be giving the Belgian FA 10,000 extra group stage tickets (all at category 3 level - €55). Nonetheless, it specifically stated that no tickets will be made available for "transaction failures" as this would give the Belgian fans an unfair advantage

Just to clarify England will take new card details aswell as trying original card for authorisation again
My mate in work changed to different card but as I have said before UEFA are only doing this because firstly England had defined ballot system and because if this membership numbers actually where only over subscribed for wales game for Russia they sent a 1000 back
So again this is to suit UEFA policy to sell tickets remember these are tickets in segregated area and can't be sold in general sale

England where smart in the way they did theyre system in that they had a system that ment UEFA would have to hand them all the details of theyre allocation including cat split because they didnt sell each cat on a straight loyalty basis like we did They said 70 percent would go to the top 70 percent in caps then next 20 percent would go to the next 20 percent and if a tie a ballot and then last 10 percent would be straight ballot
Remember they have a big ticketing department and have done this before also they want to retain members at 75 quid a pop
They didnt have FYT because they would sell across all fixtures the reason we had FYT which ended up being small because we did sell well across all fixtures was that should we have undersold on single tickets for quarters and beyond they would have increased FYT to ensure we sold our allocation as i have said before they was probably a finiacial penalty on our FA had we not sold which england could afford the risk we could not

Mine was declined as I had a new card sent to me after I applied and barclaycard said they couldn't allow original card . Told by welsh fa it would be ok as they had e- mailed uefa about it ... It's put a big dampener on the finals for me know as I know people giving there 2nd tickets to the jump on the bandwagon fans

I don't know anybody who has given their second ticket to a non member. It probably happens but on rare occasions. If it does then surely it's down more to the member giving the ticket?

Yes you're right I know of at least 4 people that have done it , I should name and shame them really but it only brings me down to there level .. The whole thing is a mess . Did all homes and 6 aways in the last 2 tournaments that was used for the criteria . I'm probably just blowing off a bit of steam

My understanding of the English FA involvement in the credit card thing was two-fold. First, they got in there very quick - on the same two days that their members didn't get a card transaction pending and before any emails were sent out at all. Think it was Thursday-Friday, when they realised a few hundred card transactions didn't go throw. Second, as each English fan had the possibility of applying for FOUR tickets, UEFA had a lot more to gain by allowing a card to be re submitted.
Although this appears not to be strictly 'fair', GW is right in saying that it would have been very unlikely to have affected the general sale tickets due to fan segregation issues.
