If you have anything you think needs discussing please let us know if its specific questions about EURO 16 tickets you should contact tickets@faw.co.uk, although we will be speaking in general about this at the meeting.
Will put all minutes on website and make available for all to see a few days after the meeting.

Hi Corky,
How about parking at the stadiums. The official Euro 2016 FAQ states no parking at stadiums, but the website for the Matmut Atlantique in Bordeaux states there are 8500 free spaces. Wondering if this will be open?

Hi mate this is something we will have to find out from the host Cities, we will do that no worries and we have a site visit planned for Bordeaux and Toulouse mid March but for Lens parking areas are available in 4 locations all outside the small City( approx 10 km) a park and ride facility will be available( hopefully free) and these car parks will be clearly sign posted off main roads

Wishfull thinking- follow your team tickets. If we're out in in france how will we get our tickets? All conditional tickets after the group matches will be picked up from designated ticket offices in the host cities...in Poland 2012 they asked for proof that you were the person the tickets were bought for so be wary of that if they were not bought on your name

Could you discuss travel to and from match venues. E.g. Our lot is based in Paris for the first two games and aim to travel to venues on match day. I suspect a fair number of fans Inc the opposition will do something similar. Are the French intending to provide football specials between venues and major cities in addition to scheduled services, to get fans in and out on match day. Bordeaux to Paris for example has the last train out @ 21:30. A bit touch and go. Cheers Spike

THere will definitely be a big increase in train services compared to what is normal, especially around match days...our Fan Embssy stall will also have a board where fans can share lifts etc if they have room in vehicles

I'll be probably travelling back out to France on match day. Will my brother be able to pick my ticket up for me if I give letter of authority? Thanks
