I am monitoring progress on 4 different Forums.
Sadly, not one person has yet bought a ticket.
Only 3 posters actually made it to credit card area ... and then crashed out.
I can't even imagine their frustration!

Hmm, this looks like it is going to take some serious perseverance...and luck. Don't forget many (most?) resales won't be on there yet, as sellers will not be in the same mad rush as us buyers!

I can't even imagine their frustration! I suppose it's bizarrely positive that nobody is able to buy tickets as it means they won't all be gone when they finally sort this website out! |

Let's be honest here, most people who have tkts to sell are more likely to do it through tkt agencies for profit than through a resale portal for face value. Sad but inevitable.

at one point while I was in all our games came up, at one point there were 4 England tickets going in cat 4 but by the time you go to add them to your basket they are gone. its tough going, i've been kicked out now think you only have 15 minutes then you have to join the back of the queue again

Let's be honest here, most people who have tkts to sell are more likely to do it through tkt agencies for profit than through a resale portal for face value. Sad but inevitable. I would try and sell my tickets on there if I had any. Most people will have gone fishing for the games they wanted in the 1st tranche. If they didn't get them, they'd hope to almost do a swap when the portal opened. Don't forget there were a million tickets sold in that first tranche... |

"One of my mates stupidly listed two of their Czech Republic vs Croatia tickets and couldn't get back in to cancel it before it ended up selling. So guess some people are purchasing tickets." |

Looking at comments on Twitter, sellers are having to queue for the website too. So just pot luck if you get your 'window' at the same time as someone selling the tickets you want.

The advice from the ROI successful purchaser (and he has now uploaded a jpg of his email!!):
"once you get in, go to the game you want (even if it says none available) and keep hitting f5
they will pop up."

Partial success.
Managed to downgrade my Slovakia v Russia ticket to Cat 3 (now got 2 spares for this).
And bought a Northern Ireland v Ukraine on 16 June - in case I cant get to England game...
BE AWARE ... Although it may tell you "you have 12 or 13 minutes left"
At some stage, a pop up came up and said "HEAVY TRAFFIC - YOU NOW HAVE 4 MINUTES TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER"
ALSO, it did keep the original delivery address, with no ability to change it and it asked for CARD DETAILS without address information ... so you will need to match the card to the original address!

Yep. My red bar took me 2 full hours from 11am through to 1pm.
Stay with it!
If you refresh the page while you are waiting, you get 3 or 4 games which are readily available (I have been for 2 goes so far). When you do get into the portal, there are about ten games, constantly changing!
I had all three Wales games at some stage, but buy the time I tried to add a specific number to my basket - they were gone ;-(
Russia v Slovakia on 15 June - I have it now in Cat 3, but still havn't managed to downgrade further to Cat 4.
Working with three web browsers open: so hopefully one kicks in every 30-40 minutes ;-)

It's a nightmare lads, I selected about 7 separate tickets for wales games whilst I was in there and they all said product no longer available or product now sold out! Gotta be really lucky by the sounds of it
