17. Will there be other chances to purchase tickets? You will be able to purchase tickets from other fans wishing to sell their tickets on the Official Ticket Resale Platform. We advise fans wishing to buy tickets to check the Ticket Resale Platform regularly as ticket availability will change on a daily basis. More information will be published shortly on EURO2016.com
So are the ticket resale portal and this second chance sales portal different things?

Is there a swap portal?

For those who applied in the first ballot:
Have they written to you about how to sell the tickets?
If so, could anyone outline the procedure and any deadlines?

... just in case UEFA do start this off this week ...
May I suggest that everyone, including those that have already got tickets, should buy any Wales tickets going on this portal. Especially if only €25 or €55 cat4/cat3.
It is a 'first come, first serve' platform. The other Wales fans here will greatly appreciate it and will snap them off your hands.
Remember, if you don't click, a greedy tout will!

Anyone know how this will work?. Will you be able to apply through the PNA account, or will you need to set up a new one? I've got the Wales tickets I need but looking to plug some of the gaps with matches on days in between.

I think that we are all in the dark about this, pwr. Just waiting to get the email from UEFA with the link. PNA account is fine.

Cheers manulike. Yes, I can see now that I can get access to the resale portal via my existing account, there's just nothing to buy yet! One thing: as I understand it, you can only resell your tickets now if you bought them through a public portal not PNA (this makes sense to keep segregation in place). I think this means that any tickets available now will be predominantly cat 1 and 2 with very few cat 3 and 4? (unless there are any left over from the original public draw last year?).

As far as I am aware, the only actual left over tickets UEFA has are those for: Wednesday 15 June, 15.00 (Lille): Russia v Slovakia – our own Group B Sunday 19 June, 21.00 (Lyon): Romania v Albania – Group A
A few Russians and one Romanian said that their shopping basket already indicates category 2 for it.
Otherwise, it is people that bought unknown tickets in the Summer that now want to get rid ... Hopefully Wales/Slovakia/Russia are no all that 'sexy' for the neutrals ...

Does anyone know whether they will be put on there on a daily basis or just as and when people decide to sell. If it's the latter, my F5 button is going to be worn away!

Just seen on a RoI site - " It'll be open at 12:00 CET 9th March". Apologies if it is duff info.

Info is correct. On the official UEFA Ticketing page: From 12:00CET on 9 March 2016, all fans who were allocated tickets in the general public application windows will be able to resell their tickets. All fans will be able to buy the tickets on a first come, first served basis.
JonnyW, keep that F5 button well and truly polished ... They did originally indicate that from when you clicked on the 'BUY NOW' for a specific ticket, there will be a 15 minute window for you to fill out the application form. There were horror stories at WC2014 with people not having enough time etc.
Both the ROI and Belgium fans are still busy applying for their newly found tickets ... UEFA officially giving them til the end of this week ... They were busy partying all weekend no doubt and didn't have time to click on the 'yes please button'...
And the good news is ... 9 March is my birthday!! Bound to get that England ticket

Just bought 2 tickets for the Slovakia game through UEFA ticket portal. It was easy. They sent me an email I logged on with my original applications details and bought two 105 euro tickets. Well happy after missing out first time round.

Guys, if anyone is able to buy extra tickets I'm trying to find 1 ticket for the England & Russia games after missing out on a follow-my-team ticket, and getting nothing in the general public sale.

Well done lads! Happy to hear that some of you are getting some tickets after the heart-ache of the last 3 weeks! My mates are absolutely ecstatic. Two of our group have gone from having absolutely nothing for the group stages to having all 3 tickets. They'd given up on getting England tickets.

Not a lot more info, but this is the official UEFA press release for the Resale portal ... The main bit of news here is that: How much will tickets cost? Prices for tickets will remain at face value
Hence, no mention thus far of the WC2014 10% surcharge from both buyer and seller ... plus €15 per ticket towards p&p ... www.uefa.com/uefaeuro/news/newsid=2338182.html?autoplay=true

Losing 10% on a ticket would encourage people to try their luck getting rid of it outside of the portal. Should mean that there will be more floating around on there.

Main Portal opens next week. That's what I thought but my mate who was succesful for Slovakia tickets in the original allocation (so cc wasnt declined) has been able to purchase another ticket for the same game this morning for a relative. Confused. Thank god I had all my tickets is all I can say or my stress levels would be through the roof.
