I'm looking at booking this site: Camping Club D'Arcachon as it seems to be only about 15-20 mins walk to the station for the train into Bordeaux although it's inland which is a shame, has anyone else booked it or know what it's like? Has anyone found any other sites within a similar distance of the train station that are on the coast?

We are considering Camping club Arcachon - have also booked ferry, but no campsite. Undecided where to watch England game, don't fancy the 16 hour round trip, so deciding whether to stay in Bordeaux region or move on to Toulouse.
Negative of Arcachon is last train appears to be just after 10pm, which doesn't leave much time for celebratory beers!

Can anyone suggest a site (doesn't have to be on the coast) which is within about 30 mins walk of public transport and then an hour's travel of Bordeaux??
