I know some clubs have linkups with the like of stubhub, etc for fans to tout their tickets. Problem is - what kind of system would work & not open to abuse? Even when some clubs have the access cards & your ticket is assigned to the card, which you swipe for access have ways around it.

I don't think it's possible to wipe touting out, despite my hatred of it.
The 'name on ticket' initiative at Euro 2016 seems to make absolutely no difference to stopping touting at all.
The only person who could be adversely influenced by the rule is the end user. I.e. the poor sod who pays £250 a ticket and gets turned away in Lens because they are not Mr Jones.

Please don't mind my ignorance,I didn't know the euro tickets had names printed on i've bought 2 tickets from viagogo,I do hope me and my brother in law will get in otherwise it will be a lot of money wasted
At least we will be there and there will be a shirt load of screens to watch it on

I was just using as an example of a failed example at tout prevention. |

That's true sleepy there will be loads of us Welsh there who has got tickets by hook or by crook Can't bloody wait,it's great atm as I've lived in Lancashire for a while and the English are being their cocky selves but I'm even more confident |
