Anyone else on the Stansted to Bordeaux Ryanair flight Saturday morning?
It doesn't arrive into Bordeaux till 15:30, but with kick off 18:00 local time, I'm hoping that 2.5 hours is more than enough to get to the stadium, even with traffic.
If there was anyone else on this flight I wondered what their game plan was for getting to the ground; bus/taxi/tram/combination of all of the above?

Not on your flight but we arrive at 4pm (getting very nervous about timing) and we have booked a taxi already to take us up to our accommodation ( ~1 mile walk to Stadium). It cost €30

Landing at 15.30 will probably be well after 4pm by the time your out of the airport particularly if you have hold baggage. If you can go straight from there to the game you'll be alright but if you got to drop stuff off at your accommodation then it depends where that is. I've got a fairly heavy night on Friday and a 6.18 Eurostar so there's more than a fair chance I'll end up on that flight. Its just a shame its not an hour earlier.

bordeaux-helloshuttle.fr/en/It might be worth giving them a call instead of using the online booking system. The chap I got through to spoke very good English. EDIT: It was actually €35

Thanks for the tip Jamaro. From what I've been reading the cheapest that you can probably get a taxi to the city centre is 35 euros (in some cases I've been reading 50 euros +), so booked a taxi from the airport to the train station on Saturday afternoon. Hopefully the company are legit!
