I am unfortunately unable to attend on Saturday and I have given my second ticket to a friend with an obviously completely different name on the ticket. How is he going to be able to collect the ticket when I will not be there to prove who I am.

If you have given him the voucher he's not going to be able to collect it as a passport will be needed, if it's an actual ticket then he'll be fine nobody has checked my ID on entry to the grounds
Hope that helps

Looks like two empty seats in the Wales end and I won't be the only one, massive shame.

Many tickets will be given as birthday gifts. I know of a friend of mine whose father has given him his FMT tickets who now cannot go as he has no way of getting the ticket at the exchange point. I understand why it's done but surely the passport of the person on the ticket is enough to get the ticket, it at least proves you know the person somewhat.
