Please HELP

For some reason the UEFA website is saying today that my email address is not on the system, even though they have sent me numerous emails even one today. I'm worried that I won't be able to go on the resale portal tomorrow to get my tickets for Saturday. So if anyone gets offered more tickets than they need then please take them. I am looking for two tickets. I've already booked my flights to Paris on Saturday and will meet anywhere to pay for the tickets. I know they will be sold at face value but there will definitely be a pint in it for you. Hopefully thanks in advance.

Cant you just make a new account? I had to create a new one as the account we used to apply for group tickets wasn't in my name
