Just booked my tickets to Basel for the Switzerland game, £80 there and back from Gatwick with EasyJet. Anybody else on here going? Alllllllso. If anybody knows how to get to Podgorica and back for less than £260 do tell? Best I can find so far and it's putting it slightly out of my budget I assume at least a couple of posters on here went out for the friendly game and have a few tips

Yeah, I'm doing them both, I paid £200 for Podgorica but that was some time back.
You will need to check but I was under the impression that Dymock was doing a bus either from Budva or Dubrovnik (can't remember which or both). If you check with him first that may give you other airport options.

Sorry, didn't see this and started another thread on pretty much the same topic. Thinking of going to Switzerland, do you have gold membership? I didn't know if it was necessary or not. Cheers

Exact details are on the FAW site, it was just Gold to start but I think it has now been modified down at least to silver.
I applied for the Gold but have not had any info back as yet so I think it is still open, you need to make contact with Lucy at the FAW.

I'll be there. Flying from Liverpool to Dubrovnik, and staying in Budva. I've heard there may be an organised bus going from the coast. There was one for the recent friendly fixture anyway.

I'm now considering using Inter Rail to go from the cheapest place in Europe I can fly to (Frankfurt or wherever) or flying to Belgrade/Budapest and getting the train from there. If I'm going to get stung for a £300 I may as well have a bit of adventure and the train line from Belgrade to Podogorica is meant to have incredible scenery. See the world with Wales

Good way of doing things medibot!
This is one of the things I love so much about international football. If I was to follow Wrexham away more (think I've been to about 3 or 4 away games in my life) there really wouldn't be much adventure in going to places like Stevenage and Gatehead every other week. A couple of trips a year to places like Montenegro, Switzerland and Bulgaria? much more like it!

Definitely the way forward, I was gutted when the groups came out and we'd got England (ok, if we beat them then I'll change my mind) but I live in London already and it means only three proper away trips instead of four.
