Please could someone verify that if picking up tickets from the VEP and the tickets have been bought under a different name , that I need a copy of their passport and a copy of the invoice/email from UEFA ? thanks for your help . just need to make sure !

copy of their passport and signed authorisation along the lines of "I give Joe Bloggs permission to exchange my voucher for tickets for the XXXX vs xXXX game on the 6th July 2016, signed xxxxx Jenny Bloggs"
Make sure they sign it (and take a photo on your phone incase you lose it)
