Used them a quite a few times, in my opinion it's a reasonably priced option to cross the channel ( usually just over half the price of the chunnel) Ships are fairly new, food isn't haute cuisine but your only on the boat just over an hour on the Calais run. It's a break from driving and it's a bit more refreshing than the Chunnel.
