That's Bellamy back down to London then ;D
Davies played his best international football under Sparky so that's encouraging for us. Good to see a few more Welshmen back in work in the top flight too, because I guess he'll be taking his backroom staff there.
Any other thoughts?

Will be interested to see how he does. Obviously Man City was a nightmare job that he should have steered clear of. He was highly regarded by Blackburn for the great strides he made there after Souness. Problem is that Hodgson was a popular manager and pushed Fulham to their limit, so Hughes will have an almost impossible task to try and better that imo.
You certainly wouldnt bet against Bellamy signing for Fulham now, and I guess we can forget seeing Davies and Bellamy playing for Wales again if Hughes handling of Bellamy at City was anything to go by. One thing is for sure, Hughes being back in the prem is not necessarily good news for the national side.

theres a young guy called richard peniket who is in the current under 21 squad whos plays for fulham.
lets hope sparky can be a bit biassed and start him when nevland and zamora get their regular on time injuries.
also is it now just a matter of time before bellamy goes to fulham?

moving to fulham is utterly pointless for bellamy. i can't see what he would get out of it; certainly not money - let alone the chance of winning anything.

I think Hughes is the only manager Bellamy has any respect for, so what if he does'nt win anything at least he will get games. Man City are'nt guaranteed any trophies and last season Fulham had more chance of winning silverware than Man City did. I also read in a Bellamy interview that he said Hughes is the only manager that did'nt overwork his dodgy knees during training. So I reckon it would be a good move for him and Wales.

Bellamy to Spurs would be the ideal move - Champions' League football and working with Bale. But apparently Levy won't fork out for Bellamy (so says 'arry) so it might not happen. Bellamy to Fulham would be a decent move - a similar situation to his Blackburn career, and he did very well there.
