Just ordered mine but didn't get a reference. I was asked if I wanted to enter a 'sit with friend' value but as I was first of my group to get through, I left it blank. Anyone else got a reference? Or know what I'm on about ?  |

Or know what I'm on about ? On your confirmation you should receive a Group ID. Share this with your mates and they'll be able to enter it. |

When you get to the actual ticket site, you may have to log back in and the prompt appears after that (or it did for me)

I’ve got on and nothing’s come up to put my code in, but I don’t wanna reload out because it’s took me 40 minutes At the very begining you are asked for it, as you enter the portal after the long wait I best go out and do the wait again, don’t want my tickets getting cancelled or nothing. Hope the queues died a bit |

waited for 1 hour then when it said click to enter I got a " we cannot find this page " screen !

I got in originally with my access code, but my browser broke, closed it and now i'm back in the queue will my Access Code still work?
Are access codes made invalid after a purchase is made on them?

415 EUR all the way up to the final, happy days, that was beyond stressful. The TWELVE MINUTES to complete the whole transaction was indeed an absolute pain! Took me at least three minutes to figure that the only way to add more tickets was to go two pages back, to the main ticket list - each time!

NB - For those that still haven't entered 1/. have a Word document with your credit card number 2/. have a Word document with your friend's order number - to link up seats
3/. have a Word document with your friend's passport numbers - if buying for another person
and copy and paste

I know yeah! It crashed each time I tried to add one of the FMT tickets as well, thought it was gonna kick me out each time but thankfully all sorted! |
