If we create chances, he's the player we'll want in the team. I think he could be very useful against the likes of Estonia & Belarus. He must also have great movement if he keeps finding himself in goalscoring situations. I'd put him odds on to make the Euros at this point. Looking forward to seeing him in the next squad, he's a dead cert now I'd say

get him in the squad and see how he goes with the view to give him some substantial minutes against Mexico.
with strikers you really need to play them when the are 'hot'.
playing him would come at the cost of giving tyler roberts/tom lawrence some game time though. personally, a price worth paying as he is a different type of player that we dont really have.

Having a decent season so far. Probably won't score as many as last year.
Is this EFL camp happening in the summer? Would be good to see him included as he's to old for the youth ages groups I think.

Been released by Plymouth, perhaps unsurprising given their promotion
An interesting one, still only 23 and has plenty of senior football under his belt as well as some decent numbers in terms of goals. Hopefully he can land on his feet and build upwards.

I'm sure he was the top scorer in League 1 at one point a season or two ago. A few people were giving Page some stick for not calling him up at that point, even when he wasn't cutting it for out u21s. It just goes to show that anyone can have a burst of form and it's not always a smooth upward trajectory. With hindsight, we know that the likes of Jephcott and Doidge weren't good enough, but I'm sure it won't stop all the criticisms of a 'closed shop' etc. the next example that pops along.

Clearly hit a purple patch at the time. I remember he had a ridiculous shooting accuracy at the time, was something like 80% when other top scorers in the league were around 40-50% accuracy

Watched him live when he came on for Swindon Town a few months ago. Looked very heavy footed, and lacking in mobility considering his age. Also, every time I've seen him play at u21 level he's always been very underwhelming. Not going to lie though, started to get excited about him when he a short, but decent spell a few years ago. But like many others, hasn't kicked on.

dragonsoccer reporting that he has been told that he is welcome to leave ;-(
