Capacity of stadium in Zagreb is reduced to 22,000 due to earthquake 2 years ago, and it only gets worse (shape and condition of stadium). We recently played Denmark there, what is said to be the last game there until new solution in Zagreb comes up. Only two candidates for bigger games are Split and Osijek, with Split definitely to host Turkey and Osijek to host Wales if it is the first game. If we were to play Wales after our home match against Armenia/Latvia, then I would be sure Wales would also play in Split due to bigger capacity. Only thing sure is we open in Osijek against whoever in march. The bus to Osijek is tedious!! I agree. But never take train, it is super slow and takes 7-8 hours. Alternative is renting a car, for example here: www.carwiz.hr/hr/rezervacija/vozila , it is usually 50-60 euros a day.

The new stadium is even smaller than the previous one at 13000 capacity. If we get 5% that's only 650 tickets!

Yeah, so better hope you play in Croatia in September so you visit Split. Beaches, sun, warm temperatures, beautiful stadium and atmosphere and 1600 tickets for you.

friendly dates most likely, friday 8th september, 3 days before we play latvia away, ideal friendly could be norway (close if we play away for travel to latvia) who play same match dates this round and also have that date free, home or away (away if we play last friendly at home), other likely friendly date thursday october 12th, 3 days before we play home to croatia, scotland at home, or moldova who are also free.

I will be going to Turkey away and then one of Armenia/Latvia. I went to Croatia last time round and although I enjoyed I want to prioritise new countries.

Bloody hell they've been done over properly there missing out on Gibraltar and getting Cyrpus! Nah they'll be fine. Steve Clarke said so "we’ve got a playoff but I don’t think with this group of players we’ll even need it.”

I'm hoping Bale thinks about staying on for this campaign. Even if it's not playing 90 mins all the time. Even at his age he is still very often the difference between win and a draw or draw and a loss. There's a realistic chance of a World Cup and three Euros - plenty of time to enjoy those chips in retirement!

Under six hours total to Osijek. Even Budapest to Zagreb on the train only takes six hours, with a daily early afternoon dept.
Pecs is lovely. I did it in the revese for our double-header.
I also did the train from Belgrade via Novi Sad to Osijek. Another lovely trip. When i did it, you needed to be at NS for the 10am dep to make it over on the same day. Otherwise, there were plenty of buses going from NS (and direct from Belgrade) to Osijek.

When do stadiums have to be announced?

120 days before game so we should know about Croatia late November.
According to the Croatian poster above, the new ground in Osijek wont be ready until January so maybe they wont be able to use that for our game if they have to confirm in November.
As for friendlies, Im sure I read that has to be decided and confirmed in January.

Really fancied the Croatia trip.If it turns out that we'll be in the new stadium in Osijek I'll probably swerve it, as the capacity is only 13,000 and they stuck to the 5% rule last time meaning we'll only receive 650 as an allocation. If it ends up being Zargreb (still stadia issues after 2020 earthquake) or Split then it's game on.

Ticket prices are out for the campaign

Jesus wept prices have gone up. I mean it's still reasonable for 4 games, but I'm sure the 2014-2018 wualifiers were like £70/£80 odd for cat 1 campaign tickets.
Can someone remind me what each category means?

Could have waited until after the world cup! Not exactly looking to fork out for matches next year when the most expensive world cup in history is about to happen.

Supporters who purchased a 2022 UEFA Nations League Campaign Ticket will be able to keep their seat provided they sign up to 2022-24 Red Wall membership before 9am on Monday 24th October. Seats will not be reserved for those who sign up after this time.

Can someone remind me what each category means? Works out slightly cheaper than the most recent Nations League campaign which was £81 for 3 tickets (£27 per game). The 2018 world cup campaign was £80 in Cat 3 (not sure if they were all same price regardless of where in the stadium you sat?). That jumped to £120 for the Euro 2020 campaign. So £102 Cat 3 is bargain in comparison (£25.50 a game)

I think you can checkout with PayPal and split payments. One payday to renew multiple tickets is going to be unaffordable for many families.
