My brother bought 2 packages for the england game, the travel agency has dropped both tickets on his app and not showing on my app. They say that's ok as we're travelling together, do you think this is ok? If we're talking the FIFA ticket app then can he not just transfer one ticket to you? |

When it says "Check Availability in Resale" it then opens a very long waiting room portal. Please forgive my ignorance, but have most people on here bought their additional tickets via this "resale" or have there been "ticket drops" onto the main menu itself - which has not shown tickets available (other than disable ones) for months (for me at least!). Do I need to open separate windows for specific "resale" matches and then refresh ...
Can you please also remind me the website that tells you in real time what ticets are available?
Ohhhhh - the UEFA portal was soooo much easier to use! Cheers |

Is there a way of finding out the ticket position in a genuine Seat plan, before buying resale tickets?
The FIFA ticketing site only tells you the specific seat on resale, but does not show its location on their chart.
I do understand that once i buy the ticket ... then the chart does work ... but I'd like to see it before handing out the cash ;-)

Assuming you have your Hayya app, you can download the fan guide which has stadium maps for all the grounds with the blocks numbered. At least then you'll know roughly where you'll be.

Our group bought a package through a travel agent which included tickets for each of the three group matches.Although we have received the flight tickets and taxi and hotel vouchers we have yet to receive our match tickets. Is anyone else who has booked a package still waiting for their match tickets?

Hi all - to those who have received their FAW tickets for the England game, which blocks have we been given? I understand that as the "home" team, we'll be on the LHS as you look at the stadium map (i.e. blocks 130-133; 332-335)?

The legal docs on the FIFA Ticketing site states “refunds will be made within 30 working days.” Doesn’t clarify within 30 days of what event though. Reasonable logic would suggest within 30 days of your team being eliminated. |

I waited over 60 days for a refund, then i emailed FiFa direct telling them i was doing an interview with BBC on them withholding fans money, they refunded me next day

I looked up my ticket status on the Fifa portal and it shows my conditional round of 16 payment as refunded minus 40qar. I’ve not had anything back on my card, so will give it to the end of this week before launching operation make a total nuisance of myself. |

Nothing back for tickets nor accommodation (gave them five days notice to re-sell room on the platform).

Still waiting on the conditional ticket refund too. They haven’t said when the 30 working days was from, or what country’s working days they are using (bank hols differ of course). If it was the final then 30 working days would be end of January / early February.
