Quick question re the Hayya mobile App itself. I have an approved Hayya card ( the lanyard) . I have also been sent the entry permit via email and printed this out. I have downloaded the Hayya app but cant log in, despite verifying my ID and password. It keeps crashing and getting stuck on a page that says 'processing your information' Do we need the app for entry / getting about or will the physical id card work and my pdf entry permit printed out? Diolch To my knowledge the Hayya app has been updated twice in the last week. Check your app is latest update & downloaded & try signing in again. You can scan with camera the printed permit QR code you have, which should open up your Hayya Permit. Check all the details are correct. The Hayya permit hard copy is your visa entry along with your passport at the border control. Keep them together. Let us know how you get on. Lots on here with better knowledge than me. Good luck! |

What ID do they require for the final question?

Strangely I've been able to print out my entry permit (which was sent via email) and my hayya card is showing as approved. But when I log into the app and try to retrieve my entry permit that way it says: "Your entry permit will be activated soon. Please stay tuned."
Given my Hayya was approved in October I find it a little odd.
Anyone else getting the same?

Thanks, a phone restart sorted the issue.. ..my hayya app is linked to my permit now but it makes me put in my dob each time which could be an issue at the arrivals gate as wont have data at that point. Hard copies coming with.
Lots of good info via the hayya app once you get in...will come in handy. Last stress for me is getting SIM card on arrival.

Ive not been through Hamad since Feb 20 but the WiFi was always absolute garbage. |

Just received a Hyya email, thought it would be a response to my query. Nope, please log in to Hyya and check your permit details are correct, again. I’ve just resubmitted my Hayya Application in error and May have lost anything that’s previously been approved. Nightmare. I’ve tried to contact them and am nw awaiting a reply.

I called Hyya, they couldn’t explain why my permit isn’t showing.
They have raised a case and I need to submit a screenshot of the message. I explained that it applied to many others also.
Will update further when I get a response.
The matchday flight reasoning sounds plausible, but I’d rather be sure.

I’ve just gone in to my Hayya App and it required updating. I’ve now completed that, on checking my Hayya permit I still have the green box saying the permit will be activated soon. It’s a concern as the game is next week and if things go wrong it doesn’t leave us much time to get thing sorted.

Please note that earlier today the systems at Gatwick Airport could not read the Bargoed on phones so it may be advisable to take a paper copy
I was advised by fellow Wales fans travelling with Turkish Airlines.

I never did get a reply but my Entry Permit now links from the Hyya App. I’m on Matchday flights next week so not directly linked to flight dates. |

I emailed Hayya a few days ago regarding the Entry Permit not being activated on my Hayya App and got a reply stating,
'About your inquiry,
Kindly note that Fans who chose the Match Day Stay option will not have access to the entry permit until the 19 November'
Hopefully it will be activated tomorrow and all the details on it will correct. If not, there will be little time to amend it as I am flying to Dubai tomorrow!
