In the circumstances and 2 months before an expensive World Cup trip selling out 2300 tickets I’d pretty good going. Would be interesting to know how many going to Belgium are going to Qatar. For example, I’m going to Belgium with 3 others and none are going to Qatar, yet the three I’m going to the World Cup with aren’t going to Brussels. I'm going to Brussels but not Qatar.

I'm booked to go to both. I'm actually more excited about Belgium away than going to Qatar. I went to the last two games in Brussels. Both times the away end was rocking (or should that be raving). This time should be no different.

Me and two mates were all lucky enough to get tickets in the last-minute scramble at 3pm today!
But had to go for the £65 tickets - more costly than would have wanted ideally.
Hope the seats are three times better than the £22 ones! (Doubt it).

If Belgian FA actually give us another few hundred allocation (belatedly), we might have close on 3,000 of us there!

Got mine, but I know loads who are travelling and failed to get tickets. Another 500 or so needed, probably more.

2,300 for the Belgium match Is good going, especially on the back of us having already had 2 attractive away matches already, the World Cup in Qatar on the horizon and some pretty tough economic times on the horizon. I hope there’s no “harvesting” and that the tickets sold will all be used by traveling fans.
I’m off to Qatar but not to Belgium.

I think all those, or certainly the vast majority, who have secured tickets for Brussels will go on the trip - as it's relatively close and affordable.
Four of us are going by car from South Wales - fuel, Eurotunnel, one night 2* hotel, match ticket, food & drink - could perhaps even do it all for under £225 each per person - (But the missus always says that I under-estimate, 'specially on the 'awayday ale' expenditure!!)
It'll be good it they do give us an increased allocation, as I still know a few lads who are going over but are still ticketless at the moment.

EXTRA TICKETS!!!
Additional tickets secured!
The Cymru ticket allocation for this match initially sold out shortly after 3pm on Wednesday 24th August. Following a request from the FAW, a further 315 tickets have been secured. These tickets will go on sale exclusively to members of The Red Wall from 10am on Friday 26th August.

It looks like it. We probably needed another 1000 tickets, such is the demand!
Is there a preferred block for Welsh fans in the home sections?

There is bound to be an element of harvesting, but judging by the anecdotal evidence on here, many have booked to travel without tickets, so the away end may well end up full. These are halcyon days watching Wales & I think everyone wants to experience it. This game reminds me of Austria away off the back of the Euros when the feelgood bandwagon was very much rolling.

Missed the Sale as was at work but have bought a ticket as close to the Wales end as possible. This should be great!

I think that the Gol party is being held at the Irish pub by the Bourse. Plenty of bars around the Grand Place the places leading off it. St. Catherine's Church area might be worth a shout. If my memory serves me correctly, the Belgian fans tend to drink close to the stadium.

Where ever you end up try a plate / bowl of Belgian Stew.
Obviously don't try it if you are a vegetarian!!

Only some three weeks to go... looking forward to some great football, great company, great beer, great moules /frites, great waffles, great chocs, great sights e.g Grand Place, Bourse, Avenue Louise, Mannekin Pis, Atomium, Royal Palace, backstreet bars, beautiful parks and squares, good transport system - Brussels has a lot more going for it than mentioned so far on this thread! (Worth doing a bit of research beforehand, just to avoid the not so good areas).
Anyone else want to join the trip?

Brussels is a crackin city. In 2014 100s of Wales fans were gathering near Bourse before the game, probably be the same this time. Loads of bars open til 3/4am after as well so expecting more than a few to be absolutely ruined the next day. Me included no doubt

Probably too early in the year for rabbit in plum sauce.
