At this rate the way we've been playing I don't suppose we have anything to lose by starting either Cabango and Fox. Can't be much worse. We may have to start one of them anyway with Davies out of the squad Any reason why we've ignored Regan Poole? A big omission for me. A good defender who is versatile and captain of a decent League One club (before leaving). Has to be included in future imo |

Wayne HAS to start. Ward was terrible. He's also had a terrible season with Leicester. Most managers would drop him for Turkey but I honestly feel Page won't do that. Ward couldn't do anything about any of the goals, all 4 were absolutely buried by the Armenia forwards. As bad as Ward's season has been, Forest signed a new keeper rather than play Wayne, so Wayne's season has been way worse It was Navas, I think we can let him off there. Kept out of the team by someone who's just come from PSG, multi Champions League winner with Real Madrid. |

As bad as Ward's season has been, Forest signed a new keeper rather than play Wayne, so Wayne's season has been way worse It was Navas, I think we can let him off there. Kept out of the team by someone who's just come from PSG, multi Champions League winner with Real Madrid. They signed him specifically because they were faced with the prospect of having to play Hennessey! Henderson was injured, I think Hennessey played one or two games, and they rushed out to sign Navas because they couldn't face the prospect of having to play Wayne I love Wayne, but he's not the player he was, he really struggled out in Qatar, and I think he's coming to the end of his career. I don't like that Ward is currently our only option, but he is the best of a bad bunch |

Think this will be my final go at picking one of the most difficult to call lineups I can remember under Page;
Ward
Roberts-Cabango-Mepham-Neco
Ampadu-Morrell
Brennan-Ramsey-DJ
Bradshaw
I flip-flop on this every hour, so I can't really call it. Only players who I think will be certain are Ampadu, Morrell, Ramsey, Brennan & DJ. Other than that it's anyone's guess

I think I've got past the point of thinking lineups will make a difference now.
The players look unsettled, unmotivated and unhappy.
Ramsey in particular has looked incredibly dejected.

Would be absolutely unbelievable if we can get a result tonight after all that’s happened since Fridays disaster.

A win might paper over the cracks, but the alternative is to lose and be set back even further (In fact any talk of us losing, immediately getting rid of Page, replacing him with a new manger and firing onto glory from there is optimistic in the extreme) |

You never know but always a tough gig without top stars. Scotland were a 20 year proof of that. Now they got some big guns it’s a different story. There is hope though. When Wales were in a dreadful place around 2006-8 I remember a Danish guy in one of my bars in Guatemala saying ‘never give up on your country producing star players’.
