Poland: 31
Czechia: 41
Finland: 62
Iceland: 67
Estonia: 118
Hard to read too much into those rankings recently though, Armenia are 95th and clearly no mugs.

UEFA will want Ukraine there. Expect hot balls and them not to be bumped up.
Though whether us Poland and Estonia is a harder path for them is not straightforward

If Ukraine and Moldova fail to win then we will have a home semi against Iceland, Ukraine or Finland - determined by a draw. If we get through to the final, then we will face Poland or Estonia, location determined by draw. If both Ukraine and Moldova win we will face Italy away (gulp), if only one wins we face Poland away (difficult, but they've done very poorly in a weak group).

so in an ideal world it would of course be Iceland home then Estonia? i guess that's us away to Italy then,about time we beat them away anyway right  ,but didn't a cetain ian rush score in a 1-0 win in brescia( if i remember right) ,but no not italy away please football gods if you please |

For context Poland only managed 5 points against Albania, Czechia and Moldova, drawing at home to Czechia and Moldova, and losing away to Moldova. It will be tough if we have to play them, but there's nothing we should be unduly concerned about.

I have no idea why because they aren't top tier and they are so, so inconsistent! |

playing poland would be a nightmare,for a reason i can't quite explain.they are clearly not a great side at the moment but that damn mental block of never doing that well against them,could do without that,but then bogey teams come to an end at some time,but then we aren't exactly overflowing with confidence,about time we slayed that fucking hoodoo (is that a word,should be).but the finns are no mugs,they are qiuetly getting a few wins,a good one against northern ireland which we have always found tough
