It feels somewhat important that Johnson’s scoring run didn’t stall at international level especially given this is quite a test bearing in mind his previous lack of productivity for Wales.
In a general sense it’s pretty incredible how he’s gone from pretty much nothing to what, a 7 game scoring streak in all competitions and levels? Quite a turnaround!

I'd almost say the booking was worth it for that clip of him blowing kisses at, I assume, Sigurdsson?!

Only negatives are Johnson’s idiotic booking & Sorba not making it three, sorry, but any forward player worth his salt puts that away, he didn’t even look up, just stabbed it goalwards.

Not the most scintillating performance but very controlled. Bellamy has clearly identified their back line is weak against runs from deep. Not a coincidence that Wilson got clean through twice like that, and Sorba going clean through too

I always thought he was a waste of a player when Ramsey and Bale were playing, but Harry Wilson as our main man is class!
I like how Thomas plays but think he's shut down a lot of our attacks. Would like to see Koumas get the second half.
