Which stand is everyone going in? The Wales fans who went to the game in Southampton are mostly going in the Bisley Stand.

For the non-rugby goers that have never been to Rodney Parade (myself included).
The stadium is LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WALK from Newport Bus Station / Newport Town Centre. And it is around 10-12 minutes away from Newport Train Station
Cardiff to Newport day-return on the Train is £5.30 or its only £3.80 on the bus ;-)

Hopefully means a couple of pre-match beers in the city centre before walking to the ground in plenty of time for the anthems.

I might be wrong, as the ticket buying portal is not very interactive this time, but it appears that but for a few single tickets, the Bisley Stand is already full and that the Rodney Road Stand is over half full (up to row H).
HAPPY DAYS IN WELSH WOMEN'S FOOTBALL

feWales needs another 100 or so messages to fill this banner. Would be great to get more from north and west Wales, or any expat Welsh fans.

Shame they have gone to a small egg venue for the biggest game in their history.
Possibly a missed opportunity

Great coverage of the Wales Women's team in yesterday's Western Mail Magazine, around 11 or 12 pages in total, including the front cover feature. Detailed interview with Jayne Ludlow too and a piece on grassroots girls football in Wales. Great to see.

A lot of talk in the build up about marginal gains... I notice the players talk a lot about "the Red Wall"... The forecast is looking good (jackets not needed), so if you've got a ticket for Friday, make sure you wear a red top... Let's turn Rodney Parade red and show the players just how much support they've got.
Also - the kick off's a bit later than the other home games. Try and get in for by 7.00 / 7.15 so that you're in making noise while the players warm-up, and so you're in your seat for the anthems.
Finally - if this is your first women's international - keep the support positive. The atmosphere for women's games tends to be a bit more friendly than for the men's, so leave the anti-England chants and booing of GSTQ at home and make it 100 per cent about your support for Wales. Anything else will only serve to act as motivation for the England players. Make some noise - but make it all about Wales!!! #TogetherStronger

As having been to women's games, even full grounds have a very different feel and it could play into our favour. Equally, like you say, we can quite easily do this without negativity but constant POSITIVE songs.

I remember the crazy gang for the Lyon team in the final last year at the CCS. If only we could recreate that atmosphere ;-)
