Pretty sure that he was - I saw someone on twitter yesterday who had tracked a private jet from turin to cardiff and back again. Must have been him Don't believe everything you read on twitter - the flight came in from Paris then departed to Turin. It then went to Biggin Hill in London. That said, we did get a flight yesterday from Pula in Croatia... One Mr Levitt getting the biz jet lifestyle. |

I’ll have some sympathy for the players who deputised for him who won’t play much at the finals as a result. |

Yeah given our general luck with injuries that seemed too miraculous to be just a coincidence. Most likely some form of subconscious imperative at work: eh players playing through pain more or not take as many risks to avoid injury etc. |

Klopp likes high energy, physically durable players not someone who is going to miss half the games and is going into their 30s!
Ramsey's continued contribution to the Wales team is extremely disappointing. You almost feel he does not deserve to be in the Euros squad but then you remember his contribution versus Hungary!

Life always loves throwing up talking points and Ramsey being fit for the finals despite being made of glass before hand is so nailed on you could put your house on it. You can’t not pick him when he was missing Juventus games around internationals but at the same time I’ll feel for any player (mostly Wilson) who did the hard yards the rest of the time for Ramsey to turn up for the glory day against Hungary and the finals themselves which could have been a great shop window for Wilson. After the Euros I’ll be somewhat surprised if Ramsey doesn’t announce his retirement from international football. It can’t be long in coming considering the money he is earning and his injury record. Juventus will be wanting him to commit fully to them, no doubt. |

[/quote] It’s been proved time and time again that, almost without exception, every time he misses for Wales he misses for his club as well. I can’t see any club going along with a ruse to miss games for them just so he can put into place an elaborate plan to avoid playing for Wales. A fair amount of the games he missed in the 22 games you used as an example were in the middle of him having a long term injury for something like 4 or 5 months. |

I don't want the argument its my opinion no one misses that many matches for country. |

Its no conspiracy theory it happens... remember giggs or its all conveniently forgot about now is it. He probably has a worse record that him now in terms of amount of internationals missed consecutively. But giggs also had injuries that had to be managed by... not turning up for internationals and using them as a rest period. Its my opinion on this. Ive been with wales for a long time and that's what i see. |
