An Arsenal fan pointed me to this discussion - sorry, I have to chuckle reading your comments - why does it have to be Wilshire or Ramsay? Ramsey is class...but Wilshire not fit to lace his boots......really?

It stems from all the abuse given to Rambo over the year by Arsenal fans, a very sizeable proportion of whom completely under appreciate his quality and use him as a scapegoat every time Arsenal don't do well. The same fans turn a blind eye to Wilshere's shortcomings and fawn over every decent pass he makes thinking he's the new Iniesta. It's frustrating from a Welsh point of view to see one of your key players treated that way.

Can't see Rambo renewing his contract with Arsenal. Better to look for pastures new where he'll be appreciated. Both are injury prone, but because he's English Wilshire will always be hyped even though Rambo is the better player of the two.

To be fair I can understand why Arsenal fans rate Wilshere so highly, and so would we if he was a Welsh player. He's a different player from Ramsey mind so comparisons are pretty meaningless. If anything he's closer to Jonny Williams with his close-control and slaloming runs. What all three players share in common is a perpetual inability to remain fit - which is immensely frustrating given the talent that all three possess.

Dear me, you really are blinded when it comes to Williams, you can't compare him with players like Ramsey and Wilshire

Bro that happens at all clubs and most football forums you just have to read some of the abuse Ryan gets on here. But do think arsenal supporters are the worst at this no surprise given they are followed by the vile piers Morgan and the posh boy Colin firth . Manulike is ok though.

Whispers on Twitter that Rambo is set to start in place of Mikatarian, as a number 10.
I certainly hope so, as without him in the team we may as well stay in North London ... and deliver the cup via DHL to Manchester ...

Didn't Ramsey & Mikatarian work really well together a few games ago? Why one instead of both?
I am looking forward to seeing Ramsey's third cup final Wembley winner tomorrow.

Think the idea is to keep Jack in the middle and the number 10 position is less demanding on Rambo being new back from injury. As far as I am concerned, Rambo can replace Ospina in goal and still win the game for us ;-)

Rambo back and starts. Wenger obviously keeping him fresh for the final.

Gary Neville just said he wasn’t fit to wear the shirt as he was subbed on 70 after 2 months out injured. Obviously Rambo turning him down 10 years ago still rankles.

Neville absolutely slated Rambo. To be fair he was rubbish, but found it laughable that Wilshere was just as bad and didn’t get individual criticism.

Cannnnnnot wait for Ramsey to get out of the burning building that is Arsenal football club. If he signs a new deal with Wenger still manager it'd be the biggest mistake of his career.

Blames Rambo for the third goal, when Wilshere was the one who lost the ball! Couldn't make it up!
The love in for "Jack" is unbearable

To be fair he was rubbish, but found it laughable that Wilshere was just as bad and didn’t get individual criticism. mm Ramsey, along with the whole Arsenal team, were terrible but the clip sky keep showing with Neville slating Ramsey and Xhaka for ‘walking at Wembley’ is unfair as both were just holding their positions. Does Neville suggest they just run around chasing the ball like kids in a playground? No wonder he failed at Valencia. I actually quite like Neville as a pundit but I think he was looking to make the headlines there.

Strangely, Arsenal are losing 3-0 at half time but Ramsey's having a really good game. He's done some very silky stuff and come close to scoring a couple of times. It's unfortunate because no one will pick up on it as it doesn't go with the narrative which will be all about Arsenal in turmoil and Man city being so brilliant.

Reading some media and Arsenal boards this morning that Ramsey ready to leave. That he is letting his contract run down amid offers from other clubs. The good, decent knowledge arsenal posters (yes, there are a few) are lamenting his impending exit but understand why he would want to go. The other posters seem strangely quiet.
