Maybe now Harry will be earning 12k/week, just like his pal, Benny ;-) Obviously, Harry is confident that he can feature in the 18 - which would be brilliant.
GOOD LUCK, Harry.

Anyone thinking BW, DW or HW will get game time under Klopp is living on cuckoo land. Karius is still starting games for Liverpool in pre season even though he has performed dreadfully.
All three need to go out on loan at the very least and before July ends.

Wilson signing a new contract doesn't mean he won't be going out on loan this season. Half the championship clubs want him, he's probably just deciding which is the best option.

Ward started last night. The Welsh boys will play plenty if they're good enough. And if Klopp deems they are not, then they will stiffle in the reserves. Or agitate for a move. And Klopp, as with any manager, has every right to refuse that move if they signed a contract. No club manager has an obligation to look after the interests of a national team. Particularly if his club is in another country.

For now Liverpool is as good a place as any for these young players. More than any other top 6 manager Jurgen Klopp has consistently been prepared to give young players a chance - just look at Trent Alexander Arnold coming from nowhere last season, when many Liverpool fans had thought that the club had a right back "crisis" when Clyne got injured.
I can also think of few, if any, other Premier League manager with a better record at working with his players and improving them. Mane, Oxlade Chamberlain, Salah and Firmino are all examples of players who have improved their games immeasurably under Klopp - often in a very short time frame. The prospect of him working that same magic with these young Welsh players should excite us all!
It won't be easy for these boys to break into the first team at Liverpool. It's certainly hard to see Wilson dislodging Mane, Salah or Firmino for a place in the front three and it looks like he'll move another place down in the pecking order if Shaquri arrives. But there will be injuries and hopefully (unlike last year) a League cup run, which will give the likes of Harry and perhaps also Ben a chance to establish themselves in the first half of the season.
Woodburn definitely seems to have moved down in the pecking order and at his age a loan spell and a season of first team football would probably be a good option. But he's such a promising talent that it would seem crazy to throw in the towel and put in a transfer request.
Danny Ward will also get a chance in pre-season. Although I'm sure that behind the scenes Liverpool are probably trying to sign an Alison or an Oblak, one thing that we have consistently seen from Klopp is that he doesn't seem to compromise in the transfer market. So if he can't land one of those guys he's unlikely to go for an established average Premier League keeper as a minor improvement. This means that there is a fair chance of Ward actually starting the season as Liverpool's No.1. If somebody like Allison does come in then that totally changes things and I think getting out of Liverpool would then be his best course of action, as he is now of an age where he really needs to become an established first teamer.

Interesting. If he does go on loan I'd much rather see him at a Premier league side like Bournemouth or Huddersfield. It would be great to see him at Cardiff City too.
On the plus side, I'd expect to see Stoke right at the top of the Championship next season (so unlike at Hull) we might get to see what Harry's capable of when playing in a side that isn't struggling. It will also be good to see him playing alongside Joe Allen.

I'm open to Wilson going on loan there but I hope to god Allen gets out.

Sure. Me too. I hate the club. Sadly it doesn't look like Joe's going anywhere soon though, having just signed a new contract there.

I can see Wilson being a Modric BOSS player in the middle for us. nah, Klopp called him a 'finisher' in his most recent interview. I see him as being very similar to sterling with his running in behind. But he's a better finisher and passer, while sterling's quicker and a better dribbler.

Wilson is the fox in the box, with Rambo-like late runs and classy instincts. In last week's game, Kloop was really pushing our lad Ben to be the holding midfielder and was barking instructions at him on 4 or 5 occasions. Not quite sure how comfortable Ben was, in the role. Be interesting to see him tomorrow.

Fair points, we could do with someone grabbing some more goals for us. He has all the attributes to be a fantastic center midfielder though! It's a position we'll need to worry about after Joe Allen retires - we all know his influence is massive!

I really want to see something like this! Hennessey Chester Ash Davies Gunts Allen Ampadu John Ramsey Bale Wilson I think should go for something more like this: Hennessey Gunts Chester Ash Davies Ampadu Allen Ramsey Bale Vokes Wilson I'd like to see Ampadu in that role as it would give us great tactical flexibility where he could drop back into a three when we're under the cosh and push up when we're on top. I think that's a really exciting midfield trio too! It's just a shame we still don't have an upgrade on Vokes. I wouldn't play Bale as a CF because, from the games I've seen him play there for Madrid, he isn't half as effective

Both had goid 45min. Alot of praise for Lawrence but followed by he needs to carry this on this season. Frank seem to play quick passing forward play which will suit Tom. last season it was o so slow possesion going no where.. come on Harry sign up with the Welsh rams
