Ok just come off the phone from Lucy and the situation is as follows. You can buy 2 tickets for every game in either Criteria Follow my team or individual games but why would you do that if you intend trying to go to all games? Firstly, thanks for all your efforts I'm sure everyone really appreciates it!! For me the answer to that is this. Option 1 you could win all or loose all......nothing in-between. Option 2 appears to be a separate draw for each game (or is it?) and you maybe be successful for some games but not all. To me Option 2 maybe better for Members further down the loyalty listing. Although until we know where we are and the likely size of allocation it's difficult to make a judgement!!

Say you apply on FMT for category 3 and miss out in that category for the match with the smallest allocation, do you then get bumped up to category 1 for every match (or miss out on tickets altogether)? Whereas if you applied for every match individually, could you be moved to a different category (or miss out on a ticket) just for that match while still getting the tickets you wanted for the other matches?

Has the FMT been given a set allocation?

corky - if apply on the individual option will uefa or faw make decisions on each game or if i pass for 1 on loyalty will i pass for all? My guess is that this will depend on the allocation, the number of people who apply for tickets, and your "position" in the loyalty i.e. your points or whatever system the FAW use.

So if I apply for every game individually up to the final on the lowest price category it will cost a total of €295, whereas if I do the same by using the Follow My Team option it will cost at least €765. What's the advantage of FMT again?

You are assuming you are lucky enough to get cat 4 tickets which will be in huge demand and there are not many of them ...you could apply for cat 4 but end up getting Cat 1 if you tick the box to accept tickets at any category if your preferred one is oversubscribed but yes it could be possible to buy individual tickets at the minimum cat 4 price but you will have to be lucky.....if you fail to tick the box that allows them to offer you tickets at higher cost than you want to pay then you could miss out altogether ...it's personal choice

At least the individual tickets give you a chance of category 4 though. Agreed it's unlikely to happen for every game but could get lucky. If we get some of the bigger capacity stadiums then I'd quite fancy my chances... Probably have category 3 in the more smaller grounds.

Wait to see what the capacities are before thinking about this, then remember to tick the box allowing them to offer you tickets at higher categories if yours is sold out but whatever cat of ticket you have it will be the same for each game it can't be changed

I guess i have to apply for these 3 games and then, resell my ticket to the last 16/qf game that i choose not to go to?

I am concerned that if I apply for FMT and am not successful do I miss out on all tickets? I was in section 2 for Bosnia.

I would estimate that the vast majority of fans who have been to away games and had membership for the last 2 tournaments plus this one will be able to easily get FYT tickets, I would be very surprised if anyone who qualified for Bosnia would miss out, astonished in fact.

I was going to apply for all games other than the semi... is that possible? Just apply til the quarters then get final tickets if we get there. We'll have an allocation of 14000 in the state de france if we work a miracle and get there. I'm just getting follow my team up to the quarters as it's all I can afford. If we get further, tickets will be available to us I assume.

If you buy FMT tickets you will have either Cat 1 or CAT 3 Tickets and you will be charged for every game including the final....at the end of August they will refund you money from games Wales did not play in. If you buy individual tickets you can pick games you want included for instance game 1, game 2, round of 16 and say semi final...these are available in all price cats but no doubt the cheapest ones will be in huge demand...you pay for all of those that you have chosen in advance and at the end of August they will refund you any money for rounds(games) Wales did not play in due to being out of the tournament. If you do go for individual tickets you must tick the appropriate box which allows UEFA to charge your credit card for more expensive tickets if the ones you asked for are sold out...if you don't do that and the tickets you applied for have sold out your application will be unsuccessful

you also said in one of the earlier updates corky, that this window is it as far as faw tickets goes. is that 100% the case?
what if we get to the final with a bigger capacity, surely they'd have to put tickets back on sale because we arent going to be able to sell 14k fmt tickets or 14k tickets for the final now
i'd also like to know, although i suspect its not answerable, am i more likely to get an fmt ticket or, say, 4 out of 7 individual tickets
if the fmt is oversubscribed and i end up with nothing when i could have at least got, for example, 2 group games and the 2nd round game that would be annoying to say the least
appreciate your efforts, thanks for the info so far

Like shown here. Thanks for the work you've put in by the way. It certainly won't go unappreciated.
