Wow my head is absolutely mashed here!!
So this is what I've got booked....
June 10th fly Manchester to Bordeaux via Brussels £108
4 nights booked in an Ibis Budget in Bordeaux it's a triple room but my mates haven't booked on yet so price on that is depending, hopefully be £118pp if I get another 2.
June 14th Fly Bordeaux to Lille £65
4 nights in another ibis budget triple room which I have managed to fill costing £133pp
Travel to and from Lens on match day
June 18th fly Lille to Toulouse £81
5 nights in a Premiere Classe hotel again triple room but yet to fill so can't confirm price but hoping to be about £90pp
Which takes me up until June 23rd in Toulouse, I'm thinking of booking a cheap flight back to the UK that day as an insurance if we don't get through but remaining positive and also gonna book some hotels in the possible cities we will be in for the last 16 (with free cancellation)
So if all goes well and I fill my rooms hoping to be doing the group stages for less than 700 (plus match tickets) Sounds a lot doesn't it, but I paid more for 2 weeks in magaluf a few years back so you know.....

I've booked hotels in bordeaux and toulouse but have given upin lens everything bookec althouh a very small hotel in the centre starting asking £263 for 1 night!!!! Ha ha ha. Thinking of findinb campsite close to to tgv station and going in early and should be easy to get back given early kick off. Likely ferry and car as flights in and ojt for every game is just too expensive. Will e quite nice travelling between the cities watching games in bars. Also gave up with Lens, some really cheap ibis budget rooms in Lille though £66 a night for a triple room! Be quick mind!

I´m flying in from Guatemala to London with my 8 year old boy and my 6 year old boy we´ll spend two days in London and probably catch up with my parents then Eurostar over to Paris early on the 7th. 2 days already booked at Eurodisney and then straight down to Bordeaux and because of the kids we´ll skip the England backtrack and just stay down south for the Russia game and then back to Paris and London and then carhire up the M4 back to sunny Bridgend for a few weeks.
There just isn´t an easy way for me!!!!
Its going to be a tough one to get three tickets together but i´d be happy with just the fanzones. Seriously I can´t wait

A place in Cannes and a place in Paris have also been booked now with the option to cancel, so that's me sorted if we make it to the second round.

Cant go until the Saturday morning which is a bit of a pain. 6.18 Eurostar to Paris and then TGV Paris to Bordeaux. Not in Bordeaux until 3.40 pm. By the time I've checked in it will be time to be off to the game although I'm sure I'll catch a glass or 2 somewhere along the way. Up to Paris on the wed and will do the Lens game from there as a day trip on the Thursday. A lengthy train ride to Toulouse on the Friday. Apartments booked in Toulouse and Bordeaux but nothing in Paris as of yet.

I´m not going to the England game so I might stay in San Sebastian between the Slovakia and Russia game. Its a beautiful town San Sebastián is indeed lovely & a really good option as Spain is considerably cheaper than France. Staying outside of France is a really good alternative, particularly for the games down south.

Have booked a hotel in douai south east of lens as it has direct tgv. TBH if it kicks off in the city after we've beaten them i would rather get away and celebrate some where quieter. Pretty shocked how few campsites around lens as well, there is going to be alot of folk sleeping on the streets.

Mine so far is:
10th June - Eurostar and TGV from London to Bordeaux (£89) 14th June - Fly from Bordeaux to Lille (£60) 17th June - Fly from Lille to Toulouse (£60) 21st June - TGV then Eurstar from Toulouse to London (£60)
In the process of sorting places to stay through Airbnb.
Depending on where Wales end up after that I might try and get some things booked in advance.

Just finalised and confirmed a Converted Moderised Farmhouse roughly in between Bordaeux & Toulouse for the full two weeks. 6 bedroom (sleeps 12) with a heated pool and Sauna and a 5min walk to the nearest town. Im hiring a 17 seater mini bus and 10 of us are driving down on the 10th on a 5.50am ferry then driving straight to the farm house. We'll use the mini bus to get to get out & about during the two weeks and get to and from the games in Bordauex & Toulouse and we are going to get the train to Lens. 1500km round trip!! The Farmhouse only cost £3500 and there are 10 of us staying for the full two weeks and others are dropping in and out for a game or two so that's £25per night each. Minibus (hiring through work to save on VAT & insurance), ferry & fuel will come to £1700approx so that's £5200 total or £520 per person for two weeks. The others who are not staying the full two weeks will contribute too so I'm hoping it'll be down to less than £450 each.

Just searched for trains from Bergerac to Lens and it's ok getting there on the day of the game for £39 but it'll be the last train out of Lens to Paris then hanging around Paris till 6.30am back to Bergerac arriving at 11.30 and hopefully in the pool by midday. Train from Lens to Paris is £15 and £25 from Paris to Bergerac. £79 for all those train journeys...makes our train charges an even bigger joke than they are.
These costs are based on March as I can't seem to be able to book as far ahead as June.

Really hard to schedule with work how to do the last 16 if we get there. If it's on a saturday then happy days... but a sunday or monday game and I will need a day or two off at a moment's notice... let alone booking last minute travel which no doubt will be outrageous. Same story for the quarters pretty much. Giving me a bit of a headache and considering just applying for group stage tickets as it's such a headache. Would be gutted if we got to those rounds and I didn't make it though. Tough call.

Didn't help being at ipro weekend You could drive up north, go over to Stranraer and have a look from Scottish airports as they won't be busy with people going to France.
