Isn't this latest uefa email a contridiction of what faw have said, that you will be allocated some, all or none? Ithought faw had said you will either be successful or not?

Depends if you have picked individual games or follow your team I guess? As allocation is higher for some games you might be successful in some and not in others? I assume follow your team would be all or nothing

Thanks Barclaycard for replacing my MasterCard with a Visa with a brand new details and no option on the UEFA website to update payment details. Hoping that payments are definitely taken in February as the new card will come into affect in March. These payments can't come soon enough now

I phoned Barclaycard and they said that any refund would be fine as it is refunded to my customer account rather than card number. I asked her for confirmation several times and she was sure that any refund would be made if needed,

Looks as if England fans have had the same email as us, though a twitter search suggests some countries have had their applications processed - Italy, Ukraine, Sweden and Iceland have been mentioned. Maybe Uefa are processing the ballots first and then the loyalty schemes later.

I think they said that with the Follow my team tickets you were either succesful or not, but with single match tickets you could be succesful for some, all or none, hence why it made absolutely no sense to go for a FMT ticket unless you had a very strong points history.

Looks like a lot of countries are starting to know if they have had tickets or not the last 24 hours, seen Poland, Romania, Italy and some English guy. Guess we shall all know sooner rather than later.

Ummm, Just re-read the latest UEFA email. For all those of you that actually gave your banks the original merchant ID that UEFA gave when applying (101301211) - Please note that the NEW EMAIL states a NEW MERCHANT ID: UEFA - EURO 2016 - Avenue Kleber 112 – 75773 - Paris Cedex 16 – 1260 Merchant ID: 101301204
Thankfully, I only told my bank about about 1000 euro transaction from UEFA EURO 2016...

Thanks for the heads up! Poor old Virendra from Barclaycard is going to hate me by the end of this. He'll probably block the thing himself, just out of spite.

"The random draw will be performed ... if necessary ..."
My understanding is: step 1: FAW loyalty table generated step 2: are there loyalty members with equal loyalty points step 3: if applications are border-line, a random draw is done.
I imagine that the 'random draw' will only take place for the last 1000 tickets or so of the 9000 at the Slovakia game. There must be a few hundred Gold members with only 3 home games and one away ... like my wee self ;-)

I put in my final application on 17 January at 8pm, and your 2nd email with the 'random draw' was still the same. As cymroircarn says, I would be in a much better position with a 'random draw'. In fact, that was why I opted for the 2nd choice of individual games and not FMT. I am hoping that there will be some chance this way of getting a single ticket for Slovakia + quater/semi/final tickets. If I get a R16 ticket as well - I will be over the moon. I have seen a fair share of my Wales games over the years, but only a Gold Member since the Israel home game, when it was actually a condition to getting a ticket...

This is sounding more of a lottery every day!! And the waiting is not helping! It is a f****** nightmare. Like a really shit version of Christmas but you might get a Ferrari on the day! I will happily settle for a Skoda, if it comes with the compliments of UEFA, via Bratislava and Bordeaux ;-)

From recent polls here and on walesonline, a fair few of us think we can make it through to the quarter finals. I am just hoping that it will be me and only 5999 others that are prepared to put their money towards that ;-) If UEFA fancy holding on to my 980 euro til September - all the best to them ;-)

There is a thread on the English FA site this morning (https://englandsupporters.thefa.com/fan-forums/tickets_and_travel/f/11/t/8823) which states that all might not be lost for those who have been a victim of CC fraud.
From the English FA: "UEFA have also confirmed that all football federations are being treated in the same way and that the Terms and Conditions stated are the same for all. For fans who have been affected by issues such as credit card fraud after the ticketing portal closed, we would like to assure them that we are working with UEFA to find a solution and will provide further updates to members as soon as possible. "
It also states that Debit cards may work as well.

Hopefully all of those who are eligible and have been affected will be successful
