There is reasonably priced secure parking as well (4 days for €30 including shuttle transfer) - www.dsparking.be/

Hi Welshram, I only have the one ticket (cat3) but have certainly seen some Cat1 tickets knocking about in the last two UEFA dumps. Shall we try and get oscardelta on the search on the Irish Forum for you? Taking the TGV at 9.18am arriving to PARIS 12.45pm (cost me 2 months ago €49) today there are still two seats available at €77 and then it goes up to €85 each... book on this be.voyages-sncf.com/en/ The youth hostel still has beds in 4-bed dorm for €30, but only has doubles for €68 on Tuesday/Wednesday now... www.hihostels.com/hostels/paris-yves-robert#price

Get yourself the train tickets today and I am sure oscardelta will be able to trade his own 2xCat1 Italy v Belgium for 2xCat1 for you - I assume you are prepared to pay around £150-£160 for Cat1's?

Its a 6pm ko - so try and pull into Paris around lunchtime, to get settled into your digs and give yourself some time. Think the Fan Zone in Paris is near the Eiffel Tower

Think the Fan Zone in Paris is near the Eiffel Tower We're at the Irish match (travelling with an Irish mate). At Germany v Ukraine in Lille on the Sunday night, then train into Paris from Lille for about midday. Dump our bags than go and join the Swedish/Irish fun. Doing a few non-Wales games, but looking forward to this one most.

Get to Paris on the Sun afternoon / early Mon......................... there will be spares floating around and should get at FV. There will be quite a few thousands Irish fans without tickets floating around as well so need to be where the fans are going........... Monmartre / Fans Zone are good places to start and ask every fan you meet, least one of you wearing green jersey will help. I do expect more tickets to come up on UEFA resale platform next week,

A Bordeaux - Paris return today has cost £107 each, saving a few quid as I chose to pay through the European site as opposed to the English version. Not cheap at all.

My bordeaux plans are to get a megabus to birmingham from swansea in time for my flight which is 12 20 and get into bordeaux about 3 a day before the game then probably look around st catherines street which is by my rented house i am not sure whether to watch the opening match in my hotel or in the fan zone then on the day of the match will probably catch a taxi or train to the stadium from the city centre.

Is this strike 100% happening? No, it's very likely to be resolved before then and even failing that, the unions would lose a huge amount of public support/sympathy if they disrupted the Euros. Anyhow, the strikes only affect about 50% of services so wherever you need to reach, there should be a way of doing so even if does take slightly longer and intended times are affected.

Hello just joined, just got a ticket for Slovakia, no travel or accom, help! Been on line all day looking like. If you are really struggling for a place to stay, you might want to try the SECOND official Youth Hostel. This one is about 12km North West of town and about 7km from the stadium. Its only 5 minutes away from Blanquefort station. The prices are excellent and all prices are for PRIVATE ROOMS incl breakfast: Chambre simple : 35.50€ Chambre double : 51.50€ Chambre Triple : 72€ Chambre Quadruple: 94€ Otellia 67 rue Maurian 33290 Blanquefort Tél. : 05 56 35 55 55 See this www.otellia.fr/nos-tarifs#hebergement
