A perfect fit. Those long throw ins, and the big boot ball that comes down with snow flakes on. He should get on the end of them. All they want now is a Billy Whizz to chase his headers.

Lovely run in the box to lose his man and a perfect header from a position where it'd be harder to miss. Trademark Kieffer.

Brought the ball forward from his own half and played Ralls in who should have scored not long ago

I hope Real Madrid fans are kinder to him than they were to Gareth when he signs for them for 300 million at the end of the season.
Wales. Headers. Madrid.

Even if you take the two goals away- he's had a great first half. Winning flick ons, hold up play and that run and pass to Ralls was fantastic, pity he didn't bury it.

They scary thing is he is better than a lot of people think he is. The idea of him playing for a perm club still doesn’t seem quite right though.

I would be very excited by him if I was a Cardiff fan. He could be the man they need up front to take them up. Performances like in that first half would not be out of place at the top level.

I think he's really underrated by people who just see his size and assume he's an old school target man. He's not given enough credit for his ability on the ball. His flick-ons, short passing and vision is better than you'd expect, as seen by the great chance he set up for Ralls today.
I could see him playing in the Premier League if the team he plays for gets promoted (hopefully Cardiff), and then having a Rickie Lambert type career up there, where he's quite old bursting on the scene but has a big impact, taking people by surprise.

Although I'm the type to usually blow our players' trumpets, since bagging the contract with Cardiff, I do think he has improved and perhaps has the capacity to improve further. If he keeps going, I don't think a low to mid table Prem team (either with Cardiff or someone else) would be out of the realms of possibility next season.

He’s a top end championship player for me, hope he proves me wrong mind. He’s certainly brought something to the international game and I actually think it’s a positive that a player who, ostensibly, could be written off as a lower league donkey can come in to an international side and make a profound difference.

I think it's massively understated how good Championship players can be at international level. Joniesta was just our game changer with a match winning assist and he's playing in League One! Championship football has improved substantially over the past 10 years, and an in form player at that level is oftentimes a greater asset than a bench-warmer in the Premier League

Lee Johnson said something after the city game that he’s learning how to use his body an strength. He seems to be getting better with every game for wales an Cardiff, we may have a late bloomer like vardy in our camp.

A great example of a footballer who struggled at that level but was outstanding in internationals was David Healy. That being said, I do hope Kieffer gets his chance one day at that level as I believe he could do a job.

Must admit he is surprising me. Given his age and limitation I was not convinced even after his 2 goal start as he looked poor technically vs Hungary. However, he does seem to be improving all the time and has that precious commodity 'DESIRE'.
