It's refreshing to have Dibble's fate sealed at least. Absolute daddy's boy signing that one, no footballing reason behind him.

Reid did limp off on his debut but he was out of breath after a run upfield after only 10 minutes-which led to the opposition scoring. Tollit performed well at times last season so there is a player there. In terms of Bryan Hughes blatantly obvious that it was a wild gamble given sacked at Scarborough after a miserable spell there, and he was doing Footgolf at time of appointment. Not good economics when a more experienced appointment, at a higher cost, could well have led us to promotion. Not every experienced manager is a Gary Mills. The saving on Bryan Hughes salary (against an experienced alternative) was lost with the pay-off anyway. Not good economics at any level sorry.

No you're right, we gave him £200k per year and his own Lambo. Get your head out of your arse. My info has come from within the club. As you're clearly best mates with those on the board, you'll know it's true as well but you're choosing to laugh me out anyway. Scum move.

Has this been balanced out by compensation received from managers who have been poached by other clubs? I have not given the exact amounts as it would be possible to work this back. When working out this figure I have included future payments. Forget this bit?

We’re a fan owned club, money comes from fans buying tickets, business owners who are fans putting money into the club to see its success. Can’t believe people are proud we’ve made a probably small profit. Lower league clubs thrive by... developing youth and selling at a profit... signing competent players and selling on for a profit... appointing competent staff and making others pay compensation for their appointment. What Wrexham do.... don’t bring youth through... sign players out of their depth, players who’s value will never increase and release on a free... get compensation for 2 managers... celebrate we’ve made a profit on the manager merry go round despite the fact they’ve messed up their replacements... beg fans to come watch the club at bottom of the league so the club doesn’t hemorrhage money... do a build the budget asking fans to put more money into the club and celebrate they’ve managed to convince fans who are desperate for the clubs success to fund their real life version of football manager. Don’t stand back and be proud of a small profit, that’s why we’re stuck in this league. Ask yourselves why profit isn’t the norm and why it’s worth celebrating when we do. I think only then we’ll finally be able to get out of this league.

Conwy10. Clubs, any club for that matter, making a any profit these days is a rarity. Ask the other clubs, probably 90% of them why they don’t make any profit at all and run at a loss and still don’t achieve anything. So yes, making a profit is something to be proud about. Not quite celebrating though.
The days of bringing youth through in this day and age are numbered. Far too many foreign players at the top end of the game pushing out youth players who then find themselves cascading down the leagues, pushing out youth players at the lower clubs. Think Curtis Obeng. You’ve got to be very special as a youth to make it at our level. Neil Taylor, Danny Ward, and Jordan Evans being the latest to be picked off, although Taylor did start at Man City. You’ll have to name all the lower league clubs who are thriving by developing and selling their youth players at a profit because I’m struggling to name any.
Build the Budget was a fan initiative that the board originally backheeled, citing “the fans already do enough” or words to that effect. Bottom line is no one was forced to contribute.

Our current league position and fact most of the signings are not in the first 11 emphasises the lack of quality. 3.Are we supposed to believe that expenditure on a new CCTV system has absorbed the highest percentage of the Danny Ward sell-on ? 4.As stated by Bagger Vance on RP do you think it as acceptable that our COE was not approved to join the Conference youth league?

Build the Budget was a fan initiative that the board originally backheeled, citing “the fans already do enough” or words to that effect. Bottom line is no one was forced to contribute. You really have to be a board member. You fit them so perfectly. Southampton made it back to the premier league on a solid youth system, Crewe punched above their weight for years (even fielding an entire team who came through their system last year), Swansea have pretty much half the Wales squad come through, Brentford do well, Luton made like £5,000,000 on one player to Leicester. Why did the goalkeeping production line stop after Maxwell and Ward? Did we just get super lucky to get two wonder kids come through our system a few years apart and now there’s no one else? Or did we mess that up too? Seemed like we had our goalkeeping coaches doing the right thing for a while, now we’re stuck with Dibble getting nutmegged from 30 yards out. Is Jordan Evans the lad Wrexham shipped out on loan until Brighton came calling? What did Bangor and Brighton see that Wrexham didn’t? I genuinely hope you aren’t on the board. So there’ll be no youth coming through in the next few years because the best foreign players are bought in? If they are cascading down the leagues why don’t we pick some up? Or we could sign Chambers and Bobb, middle aged and never made any impact anywhere. We could make a team of middle aged no hopers.

Will it be an aerial assault display with Keates's master management.
Should I warn Croydon residents to watch out for high flying footballs.

Well today was about the lowest of the low in terms of performance. We showed attacking intent for 3 of the 4 minutes of stoppage time after being totally out thought, out foght and out played for 90 minutes. Totally woeful, I didnt think it was possible to stoop below the Ebbsfleet performance until today. Still at least we have Pep Darlington and the RACI. I mean that is bound to kick in soon isn't it?

Footballing knowledge on the board? Who was the footballing knowledge on the board when we last won promotion, or the time before that, or before that? Truth is the current board back their manager and there’s been a few lately, to make the right signings, no guarantees of course with any player, but the board back their man. The Jan transfer window will be no different. The cctv system, we’re told needed updating. Fair enough. Did the new system absorb the highest percentage of the award cash? Wouldn’t of thought so tbh. Bagger Vance? A failed kids coach with an axe to grind and happy to stick his oar in as and when. Needs to be more concerned with his first love Stoke City tbh.

Respect is an interesting word as it’s quite clear Wrexham players don’t respect him or any of the other coaches or manager at the club. We need a brand new managerial team, new manager, assistant manager & coaches. We’re an absolute shambles & a joke of a team. In fact we’re the shittest we’ve ever been in our 155 year history (which is some achievement). Our board have made too many poor choices on the playing side & I think keeping Darlington on, instead of bringing in a new manager that wants to bring in his own back room staff is one of them. We’re crying out for a fresh start, not same old, same old. I didn’t agree with bringing keates back due to the potential lack of respect from players who were in the squad when he pissed off with 8 games to go in the season last time. Then Andy Davies took charge for the last 8 games of the season which was an unmitigated disaster going from nailed on in the play offs to missing out with a game to spare. The players showed then how much they respected him (which is zero), then we bring him back to rejoin keates. Absolute shit show of a decision.
