Ignore previous question found this in FAQ What is the difference between a Fans First Category 3 ticket and a standard Category 3 ticket? There is no difference other than price; there are however less Fans First Category 3 tickets available than standard Category 3 tickets. Thanks for all the info in this thread. Got all the tickets , Cat 1 only available in Rome . Could someone explain the difference between the follow my team S.F. and Final Cat 3 and fans first?

Anyone else not received their email this morning? I’ve checked my junk folder etc, no joy. I’ve emailed FAW If you can, check with your CC/DC (Online if possible) to see if the money has left your account!!

I thought we were able to change guest details (including who the guest is) at a later date if necessary. But I've just spotted this in the FAQ section on UEFA's site: "Can I modify or cancel my order? Once your order is paid, you will not be able to modify it or cancel it. This means that you will not be able to change the selected match(es), the quantity and category of tickets, as well as the personal details of the ticket holders." I'm sure I've read other posters saying we could change details. Anyone got any info on this please? I'd seen a post on Twitter saying it was possible to update the details of the SECOND ticket holder up to 10 days before. My son needs a new passport before Rome, so I am banking on being able to do this.

I think the only way to amend the main ticket holder’s details is by e-mailing UEFA directly and providing them with proof of your new address, passport no. etc.

Stupid but that's what they have told me .

Surely they will cater for this? 2 of our party need new passports by the time the game comes around. Will they be this strict out there?

However I did ring my bank before just to let them know that I would be paying in euros in that large a lump sum. Might be worth ringing them and letting them know

Got my tickets earlier today through the app, all done by 1115. Seems if you use the app you can only get e-tickets. If you use the website you get paper tickets. My understanding of "paper tickets" you are referring to are the Souvenir Tickets? As you will only get them AFTER the tournament has ended, they can not be used to enter the stadium with. Cost €15 for all tickets - sent by post sometime in July 2020
No, I mean paper tickets to be used for the games. Different orders are getting different confirmation emails. Some are saying delievery will be in May 2020 and others are saying needing to download an app for iOS/Android.

Any idea how tickets sales have been going? I’m due to get code tomorrow for both games in Baku. Hoping they’ll still be plenty left. Anybody who wants a Baku ticket will get one, most people only going to Rome.

I hope this doesn't bring up any problems with either if our orders.

Just had a look using my dad's spare code.
Only Cat 1 left for Ro16 No Cat 3 or Cat 3 Restricted left for Rome.
Full availability for everything else including fans first for both semi and final stages.

My passport and current address are wrong in the system. I requested for my address to be changed at the beginning of the week. They asked me for a utility bill which I provided immediately yet it still hasn't been amended by today. I then noticed that they still have my old passport number although I requested for that to be changed in April 2016 in the lead up to Euro 2016. I thought everything was done. The passport number clearly doesn't make much difference because I didn't have any problems at Euro 2016 as I now know that they hadn't updated my profile before sending the tickets out.

Just need to figure out how I get to Baku without selling a limb Our round trip as far as Rome was still available yesterday for a little over £ 300. That was Stansted to Kiev with Ryanair. Onto Baku with Buta both on Friday the 12th. Friday the 19th to Istanbul with Buta on the late flight. 2 nights there giving a full day in Istanbul. Pegasus to Rome on the Sunday morning arriving 10.50am. As I said as of yesterday that was available for a little over 300. I thought that was pretty reasonable. We've got flights booked home from Italy out of Milan for about £ 20 bit that's into Southend so there's a bit of legwork still to do around that.

I much prefer the paper ticket than using a smartphone, I do not own Taken from EURO 2020 site:- The mobile ticketing app is only available for smartphones. Mobile tickets allocated to fans will be delivered to a dedicated Android/iOS app. No additional costs will apply. All fans will be sent instructions by email when the ticket distribution process starts. An internet connection will only be required to download the tickets. You will not need an internet connection to enter the stadium once you have downloaded the tickets. Your phone will, however, need to be charged and have Bluetooth on. The digital match ticket will be complemented by a range of digital services all designed to help fans make the best use of their time – whether attending the match, organising their travel and accommodation, or sampling what each host city has to offer. Prior to and during the finals, the tournament app will act as the gateway for everyone to embrace all that EURO 2020 has to offer. The app will unlock a personal digital travelcard, because spectators with match tickets will enjoy free public transport in almost all host cities on match days.
