I’m all for technology but what if you get all the war to Baku, just about to enter the stadium and your phone goes on the blink? I’m hoping you’ll have the option of printing off the app just in case. I can see an opportunity on match days for UEFA or FAW stewards to carry mobile phone battery power packs with them I have a charger phone case, can buy them on amazon.

Anybody know if you can use an access code on a different email address?
Might try give to my mate as he can get tickets Wednesday onward but would like the Fans First Semi and Final prices. I worry it would sell out by Wednesday.

Bought tickets earlier this week no problem with a different email address.

My guest ticket for Rome has now subsequently got himself a ticket under his own account. So he has 2 tickets now in his name essentially. I hope this doesn't bring up any problems with either if our orders. I am in same boat with me and the Mrs regarding Rome Hopefully all the rumours online about tickets getting cancelled over this sort of thing are just scaremongering and UEFA don't care once the money is in their account!

Are we able to have two tickets on one phone?
Or will it be one phone, one ticket?

Sorry if it’s already been mentioned but I’ve just noticed the ticket confirmation email has a pdf invoice that has a barcode on it. Could be worth printing as a back up.

Got myself and my good friend Evan Evan Evans a FYT ticket today. However, I had the bank decline twice during the process and I had to contact them to get it authorised on the third attempt. Did this within the 12 minute time period, but my advice to anyone with Barclays is to contact them in advance of the purchase and save yourself a panic attack.

So Rome could all be gone by tomorrow. It is fair system but gutted my points are too low. Ballot it is! Well done those who got tickets Judging by the price of UK (but not London) to Italy flight tickets that weekend, everyone and their dog will be in Rome. Can't see anything under £100 return, unless you fly to Venice or Milan

Just had a look using my dad's spare code. Only Cat 1 left for Ro16 No Cat 3 or Cat 3 Restricted left for Rome. Full availability for everything else including fans first for both semi and final stages. Couldn't believe I still got fans first tickets for sf and final earlier?

A number of factors that we might not take 12000 to each game in Baku. Biggest is cost. There will be diehards that can’t afford to go

As you say Venice and Milan are available, but everything else including Bolonga is going up. If it gets mental ecpendove, then it's worth looking up flying, train or Euro star to Paris then flying from there. Ferries are cheap especially if a car is 4 or 5 up.

I have my tickets sorted and confirmation emails from UEFA.
I may have to change my guest’s details down the line (take my daughter instead of my son), but can’t for the life of me figure out how to do this on the UEFA website. I can’t even find how to find my record of purchase of my tickets on the UEFA website when I log in i.e. my purchase history. Can anyone please help me find how I can find where I can do this so I can change my guest’s details. Diolch.

I got my ticket email. but was in such a panic with time to complete. When it asked for passport I entered mine....now I got two tickets both in my name.....I've emailed uefa but doubt expect a reply...I hope it won't invalid the tickets..can I change any details. Will it matter? UEFA / FAW have no way to access passport numbers to confirm they are real for a guest. Long as there is one. May get a query but probably not.

I thought we were able to change guest details (including who the guest is) at a later date if necessary. But I've just spotted this in the FAQ section on UEFA's site: "Can I modify or cancel my order? Once your order is paid, you will not be able to modify it or cancel it. This means that you will not be able to change the selected match(es), the quantity and category of tickets, as well as the personal details of the ticket holders." I'm sure I've read other posters saying we could change details. Anyone got any info on this please? I'd seen a post on Twitter saying it was possible to update the details of the SECOND ticket holder up to 10 days before. My son needs a new passport before Rome, so I am banking on being able to do this. uefa are required to ask for the details but will care little as long as tickets are paid for. Unless they email and ask do not do it.

If you bought the guest ticket using no name ( in other words it defaults to the account holder's name ) UEFA will get in touch 10 days prior to the game for the new guest details , unfortunately like me if you have already nominated a guest and now wish to amend the details you cannot . Stupid but that's what they have told me . That's crazy. Inevitable that some fans will need replacement passports between now and June. Likely only relevant for picking up tickets beyond 2nd round and bring old passport........... don't complicate things that don't need it.

Travelling on an airline supposedly have to have app to use mobile boarding pass but have use photo of pass, pdf, word document etc and only ever issue was a cracked screen which caused reading problems.
Any phone with the APP can have the tickets, just because you don't doesn't mean guests don't. I don't use apps, littlie does and he just downloads an app and tickets when we travelling together.

The RWC had electronic tickets, and yes you could have more than one per phone and print them out. As Oscar said as long as the bar code can be scanned it's fine. Good system, lose your ticket for whatever reason and you will always have a backup. Will also save you having to exchange vouchers for the knockout rounds.

Anyone wonder what the effect of these electronic/printed tickets will have on touts? I mean are you less likely to buy a ticket from a tout if it’s printed on a piece of A4 rather than a proper football match ticket?

Has anyone been able to go back into their UEFA account to find the tickets they've bought? Can't seem to find the menu where this would be? Firstly...Ignore Tickets in the main UEFA header bar !! From memory you’ve got to go into your account as if you were buying tickets again!! On the right hand side you’ll see the TICKETS click that and you’re in!!
