would thought it would as actuall seating will not be done till between now and spring If I am not mistaken, think actual seating is only decided about ten days before each game! More like 6-8 weeks before.
Don't forget they have to print and send the tickets out. So tickets should start arriving 2nd week of May (guessing).
As always there will be tickets held back to last minute based on security / restricted view / sponsors hand backs etc depending on the stadiums.

Nope. My understanding that its all high-tech this time. If you ain't got a clever fone, you are in trouble. None of this old fashioned paper ticket nonsense ...
Ask JP to explain it to you. All about Blue Teeth now and QR codes. The ticket lands on your phone as you enter the stadium - remember to bring a charging power pack!

Not all tickets are mobile one as you have to select the option.
You will still have to allocate 8 weeks before as then you will know what space you have for a ticket window in May.
Its Blue Tooth and yup he knows it inside out....... hell he knows my pin number / phone password, deliberately so.

Pretty sure that ALL tickets are mobile tickets.
The paid-for option is for "souvenir paper tickets" - but they will only be sent out after the games have finished in July. Still, I'd recommend opting for that, as its only €15 for all tickets - and there is no option to add it later, in case you did not select it with your initial order.

My understanding is that all tickets sold to fans of competing countries in December are mobile tickets.
I believe all general public tickets sold in phase 1 (July/August 2019) are paper tickets to be delivered in May.
I'd expect future sales to be mobile tickets.

LOOKS LIKE THE SWISS ARE A LITTLE TICKET-SHY ;-))
THE PERCENTAGES ARE THAT OF OVERALL TICKET HOLDERS, SOLD TO DATE - So maybe the Swiss are waiting until the weather improves and the Franc strengthens ;-)
Phil Blanche clarifying: "UEFA say after those phases (for example Switzerland game) ‘41.9% of ticket holders are from Wales’. Obviously process not complete."
Also, considering that Cat 3 tickets are still available for both our matches in Baku, I imagine we only sold circa 7k for the Swiss game. If that is 42%, then that stadium is going to be very empty ...
Finally, if there are 53% tickets that were sold to non Italians during the public sale phase, there should certainly be a decent chance of us getting another 8k-10k of those during the April Re-Sales???

Please remember (and remind others) that WE CAN STILL BUY MORE TICKETS FOR BOTH BAKU MATCHES - even at Cat 3 (€30).
If you get a group ID number from a fellow Welsh supporter, you can even be in the Welsh end!

Otherwise I think they have assumed your were referring to the general public tickets.

I just bought the 3 group games, not follow my team. The other 6 tickets were for 2 of my mates. Anyway, I am sure there must be some EU consumer law that stops them from doing this.
This is a copy and paste of the two emails, so i'm guessing they understood how I got my tickets. The operation thing was BS by the way, just so I could use it as an excuse if they said no.

Hi, I bought tickets for the 3 Wales Euro's games through the Welsh FA allocation and I can't make any of the games because I am having an operation at that time. Can I resell my tickets back to UEFA? Or can I sell them to a friend of mine instead?

Dear George,
Thank you for your email.
We are sorry to hear that you will not be able to attend the match you have tickets for.
We would like to confirm that you will be able to offer your tickets for a resale via our official resale platform that will be available around the end of February/beginning of March 2020.
Please note that the exact dates during which the resale platform will be open have not been communicated yet.
We would like to inform you that unfortunately, it will not be possible for fans that participate in a resale process to decide to whom they want to resell their tickets or from whom they want to purchase the tickets.
We kindly invite you to check regularly our EURO 2020 Ticketing website as all details regarding the resale platform will be communicated in due time.
Best regards, UEFA Ticketing Customer Service
It sounds like i'm okay as I didn't go for follow my team.

From what I remember, the follow your team tickets were buying all the tickets up to the final. Those cheeky bastards actually want you to pay for finals tickets before you even know if Wales qualified out of the group stage or not. That's a lot of money sitting in UEFA's account for 6 months. They also did the same in the last Euro's.

I suppose all the 16 teams in the play offs have also had the opportunity to buy provisionally. 12 clearly get refunded but the thing that's confusing me is they will have all bought varying amounts so there could yet be plenty of tickets coming available for some games.

Play off teams haven't had the chance to buy tickets yet. It opens for them in April. Assume UEFA know ticket sales will be better when a team knows they've qualified rather than offer a ticket to a 4/16 chance of qualifying.

Has anyone else received an email from UEFA about the TICKET PORTAL NOW BEING OPEN? I got it at 3.30pm clicked through at around 7.30pm but nothing on sale? I'd at least expect the Baku tickets to be there - but even they aren't on the list?? Asking for an Access Code?? But wasn't given one...
Buy tickets now! First come, first served. Yes, you read that right! You can buy tickets now for the biggest EURO ever! Act quickly. We expect tickets to sell fast!<!----><!----><!---->

Cat 1's but likely cheaper was on sale.
If ROI qualify we play on the Friday, this on Sat in Bilbao and then potentially ROI v Spain there. However if we didn't then would do Poland v Sweden in Dublin.

Thanks, OD. That makes more sense now. I only applied for one particular match in the public ballot (1/4 final in St Pete) so I assume that there were only a handful of them. Obviously, these are the left-overs from the failed CC transactions etc, from January and not the public re-sale thing...

Just had an email from UEFA saying that you can sell back tickets that you do not require between now and 25th February and thes will then go on resell on the 26th. It appears that you can sell back to UEFA individual match tickets bought from the FAW but this would not be the case if you were a member of supporters clubs of certain other countries eg England, Netherlands.

You have to do it for each individual ticket that you don’t need. It also states that they have to be sold before the 28/2/20

Does anyone know what will happen to the tickets bought through the FAW that have been resold ?
Will they be resold as ‘neutral’ tickets by UEFA or will the FAW sell these on a fcfs basis to red wall members ?
On a side note I notice England have been allocated more tickets for their group games today.

The impression I get is that it will be UEFA and not the FAW that will be reselling any tickets that are returned. It also states in the resale terms and conditions that if you bought 2 tickets - one for yourself and one for a guest - you can only either put both tickets up for resale or just the guest's ticket. In other words for your guest to be able to use his ticket you would have to accompany him / her to the match.

For the resale portal, anyone know if we'd need FAW access codes like last time, or is it just a free for all this time?
