I though I was ready to rumble, but just checked my profile details under 'Register an Interest' for EURO tickets and found my old passport number was quoted. Anyhow, I have emailed my new passport attachment and fair play they have changed it. Also added my FAW fan number to profile. Phew! How long did they take to make the change? Just realised that from Euro 2016, my ID number is my drivers license and not my passport!

Diolch impeachabull superunknown ! Just wondering if it's worth paying £20 for flights to Copenhagen now. Hmmm! Fingers crossed it works out nicely and we have 2 consecutive fixtures in one city anyway. There's a £14 Bristol to Milan flight which I've nearly bought too. Planning on adding a few to my basket when the draw starts and pulling the trigger when we know! I've probably bought that same ticket already - just be warned that Milan airport after midnight has precious little cheap accommodation - I started a thread about it on the AWAY SIDE of the Forum

I got a bit anxious and created a new account, until I checked back on my 2016 account and the change was made.

Thanks for the link and also thank you for the conversation re CHECKING THE UEFA PROFILE PASSPORT NUMBER... I am sure that I am not the only one on here that has changed my passport during the last four years ;-)
Not that they used the passport number on the tickets - however, they did check the passport number when I collected my semi final ticket (my passport changed in February 2016) but I did carry the old passport with me then, and they were happy with that ;-)

Question: Do I need to set up a separate UEFA ticketing account for my son? He's a child.
If so, can I put my credit card on there?

"Tickets are for personal use of the applicant and her/his guest(s) only and neither the applicants nor their guest(s) may sell, offer for sale, auction, resell or otherwise transfer tickets, unless authorised by UEFA." That's the line from the official Euro 2020 page. Would assume from that it's at least more than 1. Safe bet seems that you'll be able to buy 2.

Thanks also for mentioning the passport number as I've changed mine recently.
However, I've just checked my account and the passport is set to "tbc"! As I got a follow your team ticket last time, I'm wondering how much of a problem it is to have it incorrectly set. That said, I'll be asking them to correct it
Does anyone know if 'conditional' tickets for the 'Round of 16' onward will be available next month? Someone else asked a similar question elsewhere but I can't find it now to see if it was answered. I'm guessing that, assuming we get there, any remaining allocation (after taking away the 'conditional' tickets) are put on sale to Red Wall members with no priority 'stages' - what happened in Euro 2016?

Have always assumed it would be 2 as per last time but would be good to know one way or another.

FSA newsletter says "This was the case in 2016 but wait for FAW to confirm" - basically they don't know The best way would be to look at fans booking history and give those who bought kids tickets the option of 2 per member. I really don't agree with 2 per member for everybody cause there will be people who get tickets for their mates/wives who have no interest in Wales outside of going on an expensive trip for the gram.

I sent my query with my scanned new passport attached as a jpeg document (I couldn't do a 7-zip compressed file like they stated) and it was changed within 2 hours. I suggest you resubmit another query thru' the link provided above. The customer support are going to be busy.

I didn't get a response initially, then eventually tried again and got my first response in 10 minutes. They asked me to securely send them a scan of my passport and after that it took about a day to update.

I then had to send them a scan of my passport which I did on Tuesday. Still waiting for response to that.

Thanks for the replies. I dropped them a message and they came back to me saying they are working on my request and will get back as soon as possible so at least they have acknowledged it. I'm guessing they pretty busy working through this stuff at the moment.

Another option is to set up a new UEFA account using a different email and add your new passport and fan ID to this. Make sure you delete your fan ID from your old UEFA account though to prevent any mix up when applying for tickets.

Anyone got a link to update your passport etc. Been on UEFA account settings and there's nothing on there regarding passport.
Aware there's a link above but can't seem to find how to edit it.

There's profile there but zilch to do with passports. Very odd.

I've found the section where you can input passport and red wall number. Once you've logged in, use the 3 lines menu top left corner of page and your profile is there.
