All in all, it took a couple of days for me. I didn't get a response initially, then eventually tried again and got my first response in 10 minutes. They asked me to securely send them a scan of my passport and after that it took about a day to update. Same for me as far as initial response was concerned. I then had to send them a scan of my passport which I did on Tuesday. Still waiting for response to that. I'd send another. Seemed to work for me.

On profile there's:- .Fan preferences .Communication preferences .Privacy .Change Password. Jonjo That profile is under www.uefa.com which you have to log into. Click on tickets & hospitality on that page (at top). Click on more info next to the EURO 2020 logo. Scroll down to General Ticket Sales & Click Register Your Interest. Profile for passport & Fan ID to be input & saved here.

Seemed to work for me. My update from UEFA came through this afternoon. I made a mistake above - it was Wednesday that I sent them the confirmation docs. So, fair play, they updated the details within 26 hours. Can't complain at that.

Is anyone else having trouble getting past 'Register your interest' ? Once I click this, all I get is 'Authentication in Progress'. Uefa emailed me back today to say that they have updated my passport but I can't get past this 'register your interest' which I need to do to be able to get into my profile where I need to enter my membership number .
Any help appreciated

I though I was ready to rumble, but just checked my profile details under 'Register an Interest' for EURO tickets and found my old passport number was quoted. Anyhow, I have emailed my new passport attachment and fair play they have changed it. Also added my FAW fan number to profile. Phew! Thanks for this I just read and realised I need to change my passport number 👍 how did you contact them I can’t see contact info on their site ! Sent passport details last night - uefa amended and emailed they had changed inside 12 hours !....just looked and it’s all got my new details 👍🏴

Tried that but it still wouldn't let me in ! I've created a new account now anyway . Do I need to close my own account down ?

you can buy conditional tickets for each of the knockout rounds. Yeah was wondering whether or not that meant Follow My Team. Don’t think it’s labelled as such but you can just get a conditional ticket up to the final. Wondering how much I’ll want to spend. Will see after flights tomorrow haha.

26-51 points is tier 1? That’s bs. Why? If you've had 2 home season tickets you still need 4 aways. Did you think it should he higher or lower?

Any estimates on how many in 'Stage 1'?
My estimate is no more than 2500.
Pre-Sloavkia numbers were 2500 with 4 or more aways, 3000 with 3 or more. Not all will have full home points.

Guessing it's under 2500. A chance for everyone to get 2 tickets. I do hope there's enough category 3 tickets for everyone in stage one should they all wish to choose them.

wow thats a big chunk in one day.
Either cant be that many and the stages are spread as they all seem pretty close within a few points.
or they are guaranteing all 2500 get the 5k allocation.
I know two sets of fans that seem to be. all home games but never go away. And dont do home due to not being nr cardiff and do all the aways.
point being i think majority will not achieve 26 or just scrape in.
Im on 31. so buzzing
