What players do they have that are superior to ours? Not sure I understand it when people fear Scotland and Ireland on here. I don't know ..... perhaps because the always beat us in key qualification games? The last time we had Scotland in a qualification group, we beat them home and away. |

Does anyone know what's happening with League D? 6 teams, 2 promoted, one playoff to go into League C, but 4 Groups of 4 in League C and no Relegation...
Or do I have it wrong? If I have it wrong don't feel bad correcting me as this thing gets weirder every time they do it. Almost feel proud of myself for not understanding it.

The last time we had Scotland in a qualification group, we beat them home and away. Wow, the Scots have got a real fight on their hands to stay in League A now, all very tough potential opponents for them. That will be over 12 years between games whenever we face them again... not in March that is for sure! |

The 2 worst fourth placed teams are relegated automatically out of League C, they came from Groups C1 & C2, Azerbaijan & Lithuania. The other two fourth placed League C sides, Latvia & Luxembourg, are in the relegation play-off with the teams that finished second in the two League D groups. |

All academic anyway and as you say hopefully not needed. We are ranked 7th best group winner. There are four spots available to teams that finish outside the top 2. 7 minus 4 is 3. So we need any 3 of the 6 in front of us to finish in the top 2 and we take the fourth berth. |

Entertaining match Montenegro went toe to toe with them until the last 25 mins when 2-1 up and then weathered a storm Thankfully for Wales Montenegro had a direct, powerful and decent stroker (who scored a hattrick) Thankfully for Wales Turkey do not seem to have a decent out and out striker!

Ramsey will be in and out of the team and feel like Moore may be used more sparingly. We can't rely on just Wilson to be the main man. |
