Nations league just took a turn for the worst. Iceland were very good against England and worthy of the win.

We're there any ranking points on last night's game? Given we fielded a B team I assume not. Any evidence to the contrary eppingblue?

They should take friendlies out of the system altogether otherwise nothing will be a friendly with the ranking points won or lost now lasting for ever.

Enjoyed that, Iceland could have won by more. Doesn’t look like there will be any easy games this Autumn

Watched the highlights, Iceland rode their luck but still looked like a well drilled outfit, they had a game plan and knew what they were doing. I can’t see us give England a game like they did anytime soon

We're not a million miles from 12th place in Europe. Hopefully we can have a good campaign and sneak in there for a top seed spot. Can't see it under Page, though. They've got to take this campaign really serious. It's absolutely huge for our World Cup ambitions.

Would like to see us try something like this
GK Mepham-Rodon-Davies Neco-JJ-Ampadu-Dasilva Wilson-Brooks Brennan
Think this Nations League campaign is huge for us and Page. Bottom of the group gets relegated and 2nd bottom goes into a relegation playoff. Important we get in the top 2. If we don't then the calls for Page to go will be huge. Theoretically we should be fighting with Turkey for top spot, and Iceland for 2nd spot
Revert to back 5, play any keeper that looks like he will be an EFL regular at the start of next season. Wilson & Brooks behind Brennan - probs our 3 forwards with the most quality. I think we should be okay for top 2, but positions that concern me are CM if any injuries & ST as well
Feel Moore has lost a bit of pace, and Brennan not a natural 9. Really wanted Mullin called up for these last 2, Cullen not up to it IMO

I agree with most of that, Ward needs to be dropped until he plays regularly. If Davies gets a move and regular game time, he's our number one.

I just can't understand why Page tried a 4-2-3-1 formation in latest friendlies rather than bringing through depth for this formation or trying a top 2 if we needed to try a new formation (we did).

He didn't even try the 4 at the back with any of our usual back line, completely pointless

So give the backups a go at playing the usual system surely?

Thank you for the invite to join the website. Can’t say I’m the biggest Welsh football fan, but have a special place in my heart for Wales given I was able to play in the Ian Rush Tournament twice as a youth in the mid 90s with my US based team. In recent years, as Fulham Fans we’ve enjoyed watching Harry Wilson and he has become my son’s favorite player.
I will be bringing my family to the UK in Oct and while we hope to catch The Fulham Villa game in London at the end of the week, our plans at the beginning of the week are to go to Bath and the Cotswolds. That said, I’m leaning towards trying to take the family to the Wales Montenegro game and also taking in Cardiff.
I appreciate any thoughts on tickets, venue, etc as I try to plan this trip. I’m planning on buying a Wales football membership, it seems you can buy up to 4 tickets on one membership, however, open to suggestions to maximize my chance of getting tix. Finally, I see most welsh home games are typically played in Cardiff or Swansea. I know it’s speculation at this point but I’d appreciate thoughts on if this may wind up being played somewhere else.
Greatly appreciate any responses and thoughts.

You wont need a membership to buy tickets. These games will go to open sale and you'll have no problem getting what you need.

Game will be in the Cardiff City Stadium 👍🏼 The FAW haven’t actually confirmed any of them yet. Rumours October could be in Wrexham.

Would be good to have them in North Wales. Maybe have the whole of the Nations League up here might change our fortunes a bit

Once Cae Ras is expanded it would be great to have some Nations League games up there. I wouldn't even mind seeing some of our less popular NL games for this campaign played there with the temporary stand now up

Wouldn't being in League 1 and lack of intl breaks complicate games in Wrexham?

Interesting. That also has us down as playing Turkey in Izmit And in a 1700 seater in Iceland, which would mean 85 away tickets lol
