Wasn’t there two flights? Can’t see you all flying out today on another charter. The FAW will still honour your points if you show them proof your flight was cancelled. Would be absurd not to.

Yeah the 2 flights thing was explained in the update we received this morning. We were also wondering why both got cancelled last night.
As I understand it, there was one plane scheduled that had the bird strike but air montenegro offered 2 smaller planes as a solution but they couldnt be registered to fly in time so 2 flights got cancelled in the end.
I'm tired and a bit grumpy now so apologies if ive misunderstood anything but that how I read it this morning.

Its a disaster for them as well and on all fronts. Are they still trying to source aircraft or now told you your on your own ? There are still options but difficult if refunds are someway off. Hope you all get there even though I may now be a beneficiary of a spare ticket. Interestingly I flew back from Porto yesterday and remarked to the wife on a couple of occasions about the presence of large flocks of birds, once on the apron and then again on a grassed area next to the runway during take off. Unusual. Actually if there any tickets freeing up over this I hope they revert to the normal sales criteria and not let it descend into a bun fight over there. Clearly the loyalty points should remain with those who purchased the tickets ? |

Fingers crossed we can go as planned from Cardiff. Options seem to be from Stansted at 3pm but can't see me getting there by then.

Options seem to be from Stansted at 3pm but can't see me getting there by then. There's a Wizzair flight out of Gatwick early tomorrow morning which is still very reasonable. I'm going out of Stansted at 9.50 tomorrow via Milan, gets there 17.50. Getting back is always more of an issue to be honest. We seem to vary the days we travel out but the vast majority want to travel back the day after the game. Hope it works out for you. |

We have some backup options now, thinking if we get a full refund from wonky, and we should, it will cover the new flight options. Its not over till its over! |

Not to alarm fans who are managing to make it to Podgorica but for that Riga trip the match tickets were on the wonky sheep flight and collection was delayed for 24 hours. I hope the Wonky bookers get out there ok. 4.30 flight not happening just fell through Gutted. Two friends always use them and have been in a Cardiff hotel since Friday night. I travel lots and occasionally flights are cancelled. The airline always gets me there somehow. |

Confused.
Re the tickets....I'm very happy for mine to just be given away out there. It was only £4.50 but I certainly hope its not "resold" as I'm certainly not expecting a refund! Bit concerned one f**k up will be followed by another and they will mark us down as a no show....I have as advised by wonky emailed the faw to let them know but had no response from them as of yet.
I already will have been charged for the hotel as had to cancel that and now claim back via insurance.
