I first booked three night there and now reduced it to two. There Tuesday night as well - all I was planning was to take the Train toward Belgrade up to Kolasin and back. Following day, take it to Bar...

So looks like Njegoševa Street is the place for the night apart from the Welder Pub

Looking at the weather forecast, unless you are a duck, or a mad scientist, still trying to discover electricity, the weather isn’t looking great anywhere in Montenegro from matchday Monday onwards. Glug, glug, hic, zzzzz !

It F’kin did in Samsun :-) 🤣🤣🤣 I would take the weather forecast with a pinch of salt. When we were there for a fortnight in June it predicted thunderstorms every day. One day it did happen and it was torrential, the other 13 days it was scorching. I think they put it just in case.

PS - I only just learnt that 72% of the super tall Montenegrins are Greek Orthodox ... I should not be learning my history by watching James Bont films!

This is the actual LOCAL Met centre! Ponedjeljak is Monday... By Tuesday (Utorak) 9am, it should all be over! A little similar to Slovakia in June ;-)

Anyone having to register with the authorities on arrival?
Land Saturday night but everything’s shut Sunday apparently so don’t know how I’m meant to register within 24 hours, place doesn’t do it for us either. If anyone’s got any advice give us a shout. Thanks

Thanks I remember reading on Trip Advisor that it is the full responsibility of the propert owner. If it is anything like Belarus or Russia, then the 24-hour count only applies to work-days!

Thanks mate, I assumed it was as well, owner said I have to register so can’t be doing with the hassle. But yeah it seems if it’s a weekend when you arrive you have 3 days to register so will just do it on Monday. Cheers Also forgot to respond yesterday but we’re taking a short train journey to near Lake Skadar and going on a boat trip for a few hours, can get the details if you want. There’s also a waterfall a short walk from the centre that seems nice to visit. Not the most buzzing capital city ever but a few things to do while there

It is done at the Tourist Information Centre.

My flight been cancelled with wonky sheep. Anyone else had the email? What's your plans? What the Fk is that about. Have they given you the reason ? You pay gold plated prices and you should be getting an absolute service. Not cancelled with hours of notice.

What’s the latest on the Wonky flight? Sounds like an absolute disaster. Wasn’t it 3am departure from Cardiff? Where did you all stay last night? Fingers crossed it’s all sorted as I would be absolutely furious in this situation. Doesn’t look easy to sort out at short notice.

A bird strike on the plane from Air Montenegro which wonky were using.
I was due on the flight at 3am, had a further update this morning from them but I can't see an alternative flight taking off today. I guess that's pretty much all the Podgorica lot no longer going. A plane full so maybe 200 no longer going. I'm looking at alternative routes out but looks like good money after bad right now. We took the flight only option so will need to claim the hotel back via insurance.
As for ticket collection out there, I trust the FAW will honour the wonky lot who can no longer pick up and won't put us to the back of the queue!
What a mess.
