Anyone got any Montenegrin friends to get some home end tickets lol I would ask your hotel possibly to sort for you. I believe the West stand (main stand) is likely to be most friendly to "neutrals'.

I always feel like the FAW should allow 100 tickets per trip to anybody with any previous away or who holds a campaign ticket etc, or just do stage 1 and then open it up to all previous away etc. Some may say it is not fair, but with the range in capacities for away fans and often us having a smaller number than officially allocated due to safety reasons, would help some out. I think Leeds or some big club allow so many for younger fans with no previous away per match (wish I could remember the detail). As soon as I saw the draw, I thought realistically I would only get tickets for Türkiye. I am stage 5 with four aways. Will have to see what the WCQ draw brings. I disagree really. Of the last 11 aways there’s been plenty of chances to build credits up, a fair few of those games have gone down to no aways. Theres less than 2000 who have done 3 aways in the last 3 years, generally this is a normal allocation. So this shows there’s not a huge waiting list like you get with the clubs you’ve mentioned. When people could (and did) harvest tickets I'd have some sympathy for keeping some tickets back for a ballot etc to open up the pool to wider people. But now pretty much every away game is collection only it seems only fair that those who attend everyone gets the priority. It's just unfortunate that for this Nations League game there are 2 aways with tiny allocations. I expect Turkey will go to zero aways given the hassle of getting to the venue. I'm currently languishing in Stage 5 so hoping for some bigger teams in the WCQ so I can get tickets through the official routes and work my way through the stages. The other option would be to implement a loyalty points system like they do for Scotland: www.scottishfa.co.uk/scotland/supporters-tickets/scotland-supporters-club-membership/ssc-loyalty-points/ but it wouldn't change the demographics much as those in Stages 1,2,3 are also likely to be at every home game, buying campaign tickets etc.

Aren't the majority in the south. Still hopeful they'll provide some more. Frustrating but the ground will probably be half empty with 1500 Welsh fans stuck in the bars. Should be a cracking atmosphere in there though.

The pub with the prematch party is directly opposite the stadium and holds around 500 apparently. Fans should be able to hear any goals go in before they see it on the screen.
Obviously a lot of ticketless fans will stay on the coast now rather than come to Podgorica for the day

There's going to be a crowd of around 4,000 for this, which will be very galling for all the people watching from bars in budva, at least we don't have to arrange travel to Podgorica I suppose.

There wont be even half that travelling. Its never as much as people think it is. Id say 1500/1700 tops are booked up and travelling.

Lla123, no probs mate, they're crowds have been very poor over the last few years, I don't know how hard we try to get more tickets in these situations, but as the Montenegran fa are supposed to be brassic, you'd think they'd welcome the extra revenue.

I'm hoping they're just being a bit cautious. If this Grounds expert they've got in from UEFA cant get this pitch playable then they'll have to decamp the whole lot, including the fans with tickets and take them an hour up the ground that only has half the capacity. So possibly when they're absolutely certain the game will be as scheduled they may release some more and we can all go to the ball. Wishful thinking probably. On the plus side that road full of bars looks great fun.

I know of people who are in stage 2 and missed out. If you look now on the website the approx numbers of stage 1 and 2 have increased to a combined 750. Also with the initial 620 tickets posted on the website. I think 80 have been kept back and only 620 were available for sale today.

Blinking eck. Couldn't they have it in Budva or Kotor?! I’m sure you already know, but can’t play there as there is no stadium there. Like asking Cymru to play in Tenby or Porthcawl

It is the center of Nikšić Municipality with population of 72,443 according to 2011 census, which is the largest municipality by area and second most inhabited after Podgorica. Once again something hits. Over the past few years its been ridiculous. Apart from always being moved to the second or third cities for away games because we’re little old Wales, we’ve had:
- The delayed World Cup play off because of the Ukraine war affecting nearly all Nations League dates - Not sure if the game against Denmark would be played at all or against their futsal team until a few days beforehand - Tickets not on sale until a few days before the Slovakia game due to their racist fans - Tickets being delayed until about a week beforehand for the Croatia game in Osijek due to the deathtrap of a stadium.
Sure there’s more I’ve forgotten but it’s a massive ballache

The last bus back to Podgorica is at 20:45, the last train is 20:00 ? Hotel booked, with free cancellation deal in Niksic, pending a common sense review, when sober. Doesn’t look like there are many hotels there. The Montenegrin language report on the Analitika site includes the following statement regarding the Niksic stadium, which doesn’t appear in the english version linked above. In the western stand, about 700 seats will have to be left for Wales fans, and its total capacity is about 3,000.
