Oh dear oh dear. Looks like Wonky Sheep have bought up all the tickets - they sent an email earlier saying they have received a "much better flight offer" than their usual charter planes.

For the first time in a while I’m worried I’ll miss out on a ticket for Iceland, but skipping a couple of aways (even friendlies) has become a risky business.
Assuming that Czechia drops off, I’ll be down to 5/11 by then.
I’m hoping that Iceland’s prices will put a few off going if I’m honest.

I've looked a few times but not been able to find anything concrete. 10k is capacity of the stadium in Iceland, so could be looking at 500 tickets! Seems to get either 2 or 3 blocks of the stand on the side of the pitch.

Czechia and Estonia probably won’t drop off yet. They tend to keep the same list of aways plus the new ones for the campaign. Czechia and Estonia are likely to drop off for the qualifiers next year.
There will be a lot less travelling north in October than south in early autumn anyway

Hopefullly, FAW can secure those 3 blocks which seems to be the norm as the away section, as a bare minimum (blocks J, k and L) along with the usual VIP provision.

tix.is/en/ksi/buyingflow/package/485/#tixspIcelandic FA are currently selling Nations League campaign tickets to their fans. Only 2 blocks (J+L) are not on sale. Away blocks I assume. Approx 350 seats in each block.

Approx 350 seats in each block. Is that correct ? That means block K is on sale, right in the middlle between J and L, seems a bit odd. I was able to click on all blocks in the link you provided, no idea if I’d be able to complete the purchase. Phew, hope those are heated seats for some of those prices!!!

No. My mistake. The two end blocks J and K are not on sale and appear to be the away blocks. 700 seats.

Although I am fairly cetain there’ll be much less travelling for this one than Montenegro ,I’m in the same boat regarding getting a ticket. Historically, they tend to give those 3 blocks as the away section. It’s strange and disappointing though, not pointing fingers, but could this be down to lack of dialogue from FAW towards the Icelandics highlighting our away support and the general attendance they get for home matches?

Surely the faw would have told them we would probably take at least 1k, more money for their fa plus more people to spend money in Reykjavik which is good for their economy, everyone is a winner.

You would have thought so!!! There’s a team from FAW out there this week. Let’s wait and see what that brings.

One would suspect if they’re already on sale then we’re pretty much screwed.

There aren't any seats available in L block now View AttachmentHopefully they've taken them off sale after realising the error and it's not a flurry of Wales fans paying over the odds. 1050 tickets available makes me, with 4 aways, likely to at least have a chance to buy tickets.

I’ve wanted Iceland for years. May do a one off and travel ticketless but it’s never the same.

I read earlier their general sale goes live 2 weeks before the match, www.ksi.isI was in stage 3 for Montenegro so don't expect to get a ticket for this one either, but going anyway. They only had 4,683 against Montenegro on Friday, capacity 9,500. So hopefully be able to get a couple.

Anything concrete on the allocation yet? I’ve not booked anything as I won’t go without a ticket.

Just read online that Finland away for England you needed 29 out of the last 30 games (home and away not counting tournament football) to qualify for a ticket. That was an allocation of 1644 as well. It could always be worse

Apparently there was then a mini ballot for people on 27 and 28 for the remaining games.

Seen the FSA has said that the initial allocation will be 5% plus 200 Category 1 tickets. Presume the FAW should be able to secure more if those 3 blocks aren’t on sale but that initial allocation would be 645.

I wish they could get this sorted at least two months before the game starts. if the initial allocation is 645 and then they release more with a week or so to go that's a lot of scrambling around to a destination that really is limited in transport options.

Seriously thinking of binning this one for 3 reasons. 1. I won't get a ticket. 2. The extortionate cost of the whole trip. 3. Problems at home. If it was in November I might get away with it. I might do turkey instead, where I have a far better chance of a ticket, plus I'd like a night in Istanbul.
