Hasn't he always said that football shall retire him and he wants to stay in Football for as long as he can? BUT this is Craig Bellamy.

I wish our players were so good away from home on the actual bloody pitch.

:-( looks likely that Bellamy will miss out on our two opening games then. don't know whats going on in his personal life and it's none of my business, but from a football point of view this is terrible news. We totally lacked bite and any leadership until Bellamy came on vs Bosnia. The same sort of tepid, rudderless shit that we saw in the first hour vs Bosnia and the Belgians will destroy us.

Agreed...everyone on the pitch seemed to have suddenly sparked and got better when Bellamy came onto the pitch, good leadership probably, fuck sake we need him this possibly means no...Hennessey, Vaughan, Ledley, Collison or Bellamy...we can't afford that to happen, too many good players injured there. I'll be very surprised if we get 1 point out of the Belgium and Serbia games, hopefully all the players will be on form and playing their hearts out. Please may this be our results...0-0 V Belgium. ...2-1 win V Serbia. please

If Adam is supposedly one of Scotland's biggest players then they are in deep trouble!!!! The Adam transfer to Liverpool reminded me of players who get a transfer to the Old Firm based on a single season playing well for, say, Hibs or Motherwell. There's been tons of them. He'll have moved on by or at the end of next season I reckon. He's not good enough Blimey. Not so much moving on before the end of the season, but barely after it's started! www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19418465

Cardiff have bought Nicky Maynard for 3 million. I didn't put much stock in the Bellamy retirement rumours, but thats not a particularly encouraging sign at all as they are cut from the same mould.
Either way, it seems like its Bellamy or Earnie heading for the exit door.

Steve Borley (Cardiff Director) has just sent a tweet:
"Bellers has asked me to dispel rumours he is quitting, he is totally commited to City and will be available for the Leeds game"

Read it on the Mirror, they followed it with a character assasination listing all his bad behaviour after claiming to have matured. Scum rags.

My nan has better knees than him. Time to retire from Wales. Well, it was time about two years ago.

When he went off against Brum I instantly thought he would miss the Wales games.

I suggested bellamy will not play for coleman on another thread and got ridiculed for it-some of you need to eake up and smell the coffee. Everything that has been built up has been destroyed. I will not be surprised if ramsey or bale pick up a calf strain this werkend.

Because of the first seven words of that post. His knees are shot. But he plays for Cardiff, so why not us? Exactly! I am getting sick of the bellars situation as I bet he will play either this weekend or defo straight after croatia game for city. I think its time that he retires and occupies himself with filling his wallet further like the rest of the club first (giggs et al) mercenary gits!! And I am a city follower.

still think he will play for city and then drop out. If so then he should be frank about where his priorities lie. I note coleman is one way or another saying the same thing.

basically bellamy is still desparate to play for wales but he is not going to waste his time playing for wales under coleman as he wants to be successful.
does that clear it up for you?
