Signed for Ipswich on a permanent deal. No more details at the moment.
Best of luck to him, if he carries on as he did last season he'll have a big year ahead of him.

Great to see him settle down and fulfil his potential. Good footballer.

Gutted he's left my team Cardiff but I support Wales first and this can only be seen as a positive from that perspective. Good luck to him. Any news on Tom Lawrence?

shame yet another welsh player has had to leave a Welsh club.
Probably leaves just Jazz Richards who might get a game this side of the bridge this season.
Nothing to pull in the "Welsh" football fan to either club.
I wonder what the poster criticising TNS makes of this?

Thanks for that! Only hope that the respondent knows what he is talking about. A little worried that Emyr might be rushed back in after the severe injury to Andre Dozzell, which leaves them very short with attacking midfielders.

Still no sign of Huws in the Ipswich squad. Ble mae Emyr? Yes. The same with Dave Edwards - not even on bench. Very worrying, especially as Allen is ruled out of Austria match. If this carries on, there will be no surprise at all if young Woodburn gets his chance

Vaughan coming out of retirement until the end of the campaign is a definite option. Hope Coleman has thought of it.

Sadly, Emyr is still injured and will not feature v Palace. I am not quite sure, but think its a different injury to the Achilles one he had all Summer. Mick was unhappy. www.twtd.co.uk/forum/412665/page:8

Why are our midfield players made of glass?
Collison retired very young (as did Matthew Jones of course), Joniesta never plays, Ramsey lucky if he strings 6 games together, Allen had his injury problems in the recent past at Liverpool, Huws misses more games than he plays and Bale had a massively interrupted season last year. Lawrence gets injured a fair bit too!
You'd think defenders were more likely to get injured but touch wood - they hardly ever are!

Saw the news before going to bed last night. So frustrating.
We are going to seriously struggle in midfield. Can Jazz play in midfield? I think we're going to rely on some shoe-horning.

Huws is far less of a loss than people are making out, he wouldn't make our starting XI for me and his injuries will prevent him from any chance of becoming a top player, as it will with Johnny Williams.
As for playing Jazz in midfield think that would be stupid as we need him to play left back and we have Edwards and King who are at least midfield players

Stick Bale in at CM. Vokes up top and Hal on the wing

He's very good on the ball, and I can imagine him tracking a lot more than Edwards and King. Yes, appreciate then the problem at LB. However if Collins is fit, I see no reason why he shouldn't play to allow Ben to operate at LB.

He won't play Williams and Collins unless he has to as he likes the balance of Chester and Davies either side of Williams. Collins also hasn't played this season and personally think he is a liability if he's not playing regular football
Jazz in fairness struggles to get into his team at left back so personally don't want to see him in midfield

I only remember him almost smashing the ball of a Moldovan player in with his first touch. A fit James Collins can be a liability, so I don't want to see an unfit one.
